I called you on 07/11/2020 from the United Kingdom regarding my brother pr600 and asking for help with an upgrade kit Extremely rude, unhelpful, didnt want to know. Terrible customer service and your business should be avoidedThere is no mistake on the date in which I telephoned you. 7th November 2020 from the UNITED KINGDOM at 16.09pmGMT (Greenwich Mean Time)August is in the 8th month of calendar year not the 7th nor the 6th.You lack customer service and cannot take criticism. And still as an international buyer looking for help and just maybe wanting to make a purchase I would avoid your business.
As a business owner to a startup, I am so grateful I discovered this place! The team at Sewmark is helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I was able to purchase the machine I needed on July 4th (yes they were open!) I returned for a 2nd visit for the mechanic to teach me how to use properly. Every phone call was very welcoming and accommodating with the invitation that no question or problem was too small. During a time when I was stressed, they gave me the tools, support and knowledge I needed. Thank you!
Great price! Great Service! Right machine most important. Bought the Juki DNU 1541s. Wow what a machine! Large stitches sews through many layers! Parked in Garage on next block.
Bought my Juki there couple of months ago and it works great! I was able to come by to test the machine on leather etc with presence of the mechanic who advised on tension settings. They even custom cut the table to smaller and delivered promptly. Thank You Sewmark!
The bobbin winder function on my cheap home machine broke so I wanted to buy a stand-alone bobbin winding machine to keep my going for a couple of weeks until my new machine arrives. Ive been calling round to see if I can find one and this guy couldnt understand that I wasnt trying to repair my old sewing machine. He was incredibly rude and eventually he hung up on me! I wouldnt suggest going there unless you want to be patronized and insulted by someone who cant even be bothered to take the time to understand what youre trying to say.
I came here to purchase a zipper foot and a serger for domestic use. When I mentioned that the brands that were on display were out of my budget range, Jeff, the owner, suggested a used Singer that was more economical.Renee packed it up nicely for me in a box with a handle so that it would be easier to carry.I think what some previous commenters interpreted as rudeness might have just been a misunderstanding regarding cultural differences in customer service customs. The owner appeared to be of Russian descent, and from what I understand of Russian culture, being overly warm, friendly, and smiley with people you do not know well is highly discouraged.
They are very nice and my sewing machine and equipment runs very well.
Got my sewing machine repaired here. Prices were good, and the repair was done quickly. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
The guy i spoke with over the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful, while i was trying to give him the model number he hung up on me, one of the worst customer service !!!!!
Just talked to them and they havent fix my machine yet but the rudeness and arrogance on the phone is sad yet they want to stay in business ugh! i will give the full review after they fix it cause seem to be the only place right now in my mind
