I was very skeptical of the whole idea at first. My fears were unfounded. Easy Knock took care of everything from top to bottom. They sent the appraiser to my house and I was able to do the closing just a short distance away. The money was in my account within a couple of days. I get a reminder each month in regards to my payment and can pay directly online. I would highly recommend this company.

The process was really easy and everyone was so helpful. We were able to access the equity in our house in three weeks! Have been able to take care of some past debt and raise credit scores by 60 points. We are already in the process of getting financed to purchase our home back. They really did make this easy. And yes, there are some costs, but it is the cost of doing business and not unreasonable at all. Actually, not any more that what I would have paid in commissions had I sold it outright. They are acting as a middle man to the bank. And they treated me very well. I was very skeptical, and now say it was a good experience. Now I dont have to move my family, I have time to decide if I am keeping the house or selling it and have the cash I need to recover from unemployment and medical bills and most importantly pay off all other debt. Once credit is restored, I anticipate 6 months to a year, Ill be able to get a mortgage and buy the house back for what they gave me up front as laid out in the buy back terms. Or I can sell it and get the rest of the equity and profit. They were very nice and accommodating, they even changed the contract when I saw a few things I was not comfortable with. Go over the contract carefully, negotiate the price and rent, and it is a great way to get equity out of your property if you are going through a hard time and banks are not cooperating.

I owned my home free and clear. I needed to access equity but could not get a HELOC, as the result of disputed account. I was skeptical of EasyKnock. EasyKnock came though, and I have been very happy with the experience.

There are alot of details I could share about our experience with EasyKnock. The most Im going to say about it is this:1. Getting a call back from anyone in the processing department is kind of a joke. Hands down one of the most frustrating things about this process.2. After all was said and done, I almost felt beat up mentally from the way we were treated. When I got upset about #1 above, I would be told things like, Youre such a sweet person, I dont know why you are getting upset about this.Hint: I need answers to questions and no one is calling me back. I dont need someone to beat me up for getting upset no one will call me.I was also guilt tripped because I was the first OneKey client in my area. Keeping it real, I thank EK for getting me out of a serious jam. However, I sold my eight year old house to you at a FIFTEEN PERCENT discount from market. That was hard enough on its own to do without someone in my ear telling me how grateful I should be.3. They NITPICKED everything! I need to replace hinges on cabinets before I will get the rest of the money from my houses. Are you kidding??Probably would have been a great experience had that stuff not happened. Like I said above, I am grateful for this company, but its a difficult mind bending process that doesnt need to be that way.

It was a good way to get the money that I need for an.emergency. I couldnt get any credit or loan due to my low credit score. Even reverse mortgage companies turned me down.Easyknock helped.me a lot and I stay at my home. It took only 22 days to do all the process..I.recommend themJavier.

EasyKnock may not be the right fit for everyone, but it was a great option for my situation. They made the process super easy and I would definitely recommend them to others in similar situations. I will say they took over the title deed, and that WAS NOT the agreement outlined in the contract. A lean can be taken out on the property to rectify this.

I have to say everything went pretty smooth. Everyone with Easy Knock was professional and pleasant to work wth. They really came through and help me save our home. My only complaint is that they are a bit more expensive than a traditional type of home selling. However that being said they take care of everything and quickly. About 3 weeks from 1st call to completion. Money was in my account one day after closing.
