Steve Drasche has not only tuned my Steinway Grand for many decades, but each time he does so, if I request it, he tones individual notes. He is truly an expert. Years ago he changed the strings and pegs and, more recently, expertly hammered in some pegs (without cracking the peg board!) as well as fixing squeeks in the pedals. I trust him completely with it.

I highly recommend Steve Drasches piano services. He has tuned four of my pianos over the years and he has always been patient with my novice questions and has always been willing to do whatever can be done for the action and voicing of my upright pianos. Some piano technicians only put in extra work on higher priced pianos like Steinways, but not Steve. I dont use other technicians anyway unless Steve is booked up. He has also helped me to pick out pianos that I have bought. I look forward to my next piano tuning with Steve.
