I was the first tenant to move into this location when it opened in March. Previously I was in another shared office space in Rocekfeller Center. I was excited to move into a Jay Suites location as Jay Suites offers greater value and benefits than my previous space. I believe 515 Madison Avenue is the largest Jay Suites location in New York City. The collection of companies, and tenants is diverse and covers many industries. This location has great natural light due to the large windows, high ceilings, and color scheme JAY chose. I have worked out of other Jay Suites locations throughout New York City and other cities, and 515 Madison Avenue continues to be my favorite. A fantastic staff makes all the difference, and they have a great team here.

My team had a meeting recently. We notified Jay Suites last minute. They were very accommodating, professional, and extremely responsive, which made the process seamless. Pricing is affordable and the space is beautiful, hi tech and my team loved it. We had a last minute change, which I thought would be a problem, but absolutely was not a problem for Jay Suites. We are already planning our next off-site team meeting and will definitely use this service again.

Everything about Jay Suites is exceptional, and a cut above the rest. I was here for a three day conference and was incredibly impressed every step of the way.The space itself is beautiful, modern deconstructed yet manages to feel incredibly comfortable and inviting, with tons of light. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, not just always there, but always anticipating of needs. The tea, coffees, snacks - all amazing. And the food? It blew me away! Fresh, incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked (succulent baked salmon? Yes! Medium rare steak with chimichurri sauce? Amazing! Flourless chocolate cake that melts in your mouth? Indeed!).
