I was in New York from out of town and needed an office with a printer and scanner for a few hours. I discovered Emerge212 and booked 2 hours. The process of booking was simple and quick. I was greeted at the office in a professional manner and shown to a neat, clean private office area. The common areas were equally impressive. Most impressive, however, was the attitude and willingness of the staff to help me with my needs. They were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the use of the facilities and made my job easier as a result. I highly recommend Emerge212.

The staff is so nice and responsive that its a pleasure to go in to the office. Im big on customer service and they deliver that in spades. Plys the offices are modern, clean, and a place you would be happy to work in daily or bring in clients as needed.

Emerge 212 is in the perfect location at Columbus Circle. They do a great job managing the space, and it is much more professional looking than a WeWork. Office spaces of all sizes, I would recommend.

Emerge212 offered our team 2 prime locations in the city but we love the accessibility of the Columbus Circle address. Any time we need assistance, Sheena, Rob and Mash are on it within minutes. Great kitchen space on each floor, creative group of other businesses, loads of great restaurants and coffee shops close by and again, easy to commute to.5-stars!

ALL THAT GLITTERS...Be careful and do some extra due-diligence before signing with this company. They put on a good face but in the end, they literally treat their virtual-clients like second-class citizens. One of the largest games that is played here is access control. Just coming into the office to get mail (or meet a client) is chock-full of drama. You need to call ahead just to get permission to enter. But the real issue is that, per their General Manager, they will answer the phone at the location 90% of the time. Great... And the rest of the time? You are stuck calling a toll-free number and chasing down local access. Thats exactly what we went through after being with them for just a week. On top of all of that ridiculousness, the General Manager acts as though he is doing you (the paying customer) s massive favor by just doing his job. If we can save just one entrepreneur from making the mistake we made- then this review is worth it! Cool space? Yes. Nice front desk staff? Truly. Faulty corporate values and an arrogant GM? Thats the real Oz behind the curtain here. There are better options out there. Just look around. We New Yorkers know the drill and our New York based team still fell for charade - all that is ultra modern & shiny is not gold. Caveat emptor...

Great office space with a very nice view of Columbus Circle & Central Park. Very convenient to get to via MTA. Emerge212 staff are very accommodating to your needs. I have leased with them for 4 years now and they have provided my company with great service and a superb shared office experience.

Received unsolicited emails from Emerge212, I dont even live in NYC. Likely bought an email list from somewhere shady, think twice before you give them any of your data to handle.
