Weve been renting at Bevmax since 2017 and have been very happy there. Location in Tribeca is great (everything we need is right nearby, great public transportation etc.), and the Bevmax staff have not just solved every question or problem we had, but oftentimes they actually anticipate them.

Located in a great location. Office Space is modern and clean. A nice communal kitchen space with free bagels in the morning and cookies in the afternoon! The staff is great and throw holiday parties and happy hours!

Great Location, facility is clean and well maintained. Office spaces are wonderful with large windows and a lot of Natural light. Bevmax staff is super friendly and outgoing, free bagels and coffee in the morning, and cookie in the afternoon. Great atmosphere!

Its a great location in Manhattan with a very motivational atmosphere. Always loved that they included fresh coffee and breakfast as well.
