Very happy with my experience at Bevmax. My company rents the Midtown Manhattan office space at 880 Third Avenue and we have been nothing less than completely satisfied. The office is affordable for being NYC and they offer a ton of extra perks that we havent seen another office rental agency do.

We were clients of Bevmax for 3 years in Rock Center and then at 485 Madison. It was an outstanding experience for what matters when renting offices space. Easy access to facilities such as conference rooms, incredibly responsiveness from staff, site managers and even the companys owner and professional looking facilities. The cost was the best value in the area for location and the quality of facilities. We would not hesitate to lease from BevMax again if we have a New York presence.One differentiator is that the BevMax facilities are still touched on a day-to-day basis by the owner/founder. Weve found that he is incredibly tenant-friendly and reasonable, in contrast to larger, more corporate office center operators.
