Poor customer service, rude lady didnt do her job as she suppose to, bed experience on this location, hope you find people may assist better

Was taken care of by a really helpful lady Angela. Excellent service. Very friendly and helped me change a label from “package” to “document” that I incorrectly printed. Will definitely be using this DHL express again.

Google says you are supposed to work through 5.30 pm. The label says that last shipment drop off is 4.30 pm and door is just locked.

I will certainly revisit this location (#579) in the future! The customer service is awesome! I was especially pleased with the representative, Georgette, who was very efficient and helpful. She provided quality service by being prompt, attentive and informative. Extremely satisfied customer who wants to say many thanks!

Went to this location to ship a few packages and the service was outstanding. The lady was very nice and even provided some helpful advice. She even showed me where to go next door to get boxes. Very helpful and exceptional service. I will definitely be back

Quick international service. Cheaper price. Helpful executive. Self service kiosk where you can enter all ur details and you are good to send parcels

Seriously; the madam in there! I’ve tried to ignore the comments, came in and forced myself to be nice. I asked her for the shipping options - oh btw they don’t have boxes. Terrible service. Better to ship something from Harlem or Bronx and they will be nice . I left without shipping my 5 boxes internationally

I went there on a Wednesday morning to drop off a return package. I would say the service was nice and pretty efficient.Just somethings to note when you drop off: 1. dont seal the package because they will need to open it for security check. 2. make sure you bring the invoice because they need to make copy 3. bring your state ID.I had the package sealed and return label attached to the package but they still need to open and check it and make copies of the documents.The process was pretty smooth for me.

Had an extremely important package stolen by DHL. Package was scanned. Sent some where else and scanned. Then never scanned again. And they feel refunding the price of the shipping is a sufficient response. Completely unacceptable and I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service! I arrived today at 4:28pm to drop off my package. This lady (I guess the same lady that everybody complains about) asks me what I need while she is helping another customer. When I told her that I just need to drop off my package she told me “last drop off at 4:20. Go to another DHL. They work till 7pm” I tried to explain that I have return label and my package is completely ready to be shipped but she still interested that she can’t take it.

Arrived at 4:21pm to ship an important package and waited for this lady to finish assisting another customer. After 10 minutes, it is now 4:31pm, she tells me extremely rudely 4:30pm last pickup, bye, go to other DHL. Understand sometimes the systems are automated to close at certain times, but this womans ridiculous attitude left an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. If I hadnt already purchased the shipping label online, I would have gone to a FedEx or UPS - reconsider this womans employment at this location please, DHL.

Its times like these you wish you could leave zero stars. By far the absolute worst shipping company in the US. There is always an issue with package delivery. There is always an unfortunate delay.Its ironic seeing as they are supposedly the best shipping company in Europe. Sad.

Really poor service quality !!! Ive been really poorly welcomed on November 28th 2018 by a mid age Lady who even sees it difficult to send my package to Gabon! (too far place ...). I ended up reaching out to FedEx just around the corner and got a Totally positive and professional experience there. Thank You FedEx !

I stopped by this location to pick a package because the tracking info stated that the package was ready for pick up at this location but it was at the 10th ave location.This was NOT the first time that DHL failed to provide the correct tracking info. However, in the past, the gentleman working at this location politely apologized so I voluntarily went all the way to the 10th ave location to pick it up (if you live in the nyc, you would understand how much pain it is to make a trip to the 10th ave dhl office and why I requested the transfer to the 5th ave location).This time, the lady (probably in her 50s) said that I never requested the transfer with extremely rude attitude. I tried to show her the DHL email confirming the transfer, but she almost yelled at me, refused to look at it, and accused me for failing to submit the transfer. I called the customer service and confirmed that the transfer was recorded so I have no idea why she was not able to see it when it showed up in the system. Also, even if she was correct, I dont understand if it was necessary for her to speak to customers with bad manners.No wonder why there are so many bad reviews about this location (especially about the lady) and I am surprised that DHL has not done anything about it yet.
