Great service. Always have my packages ready & the girls that work there are very friendly & helpful. Its a really helpful service here in NYC where its often impossible to get mail & packages are always stolen...even from nice buildings.

Prices are a bit much when compared to Post Office Boxes, but youll have some clear advantages that makes it worthwhile. For starters, its a website service first and the physical location is a premium address that you can select and use. There are other addresses at a lower cost, but using this address enables you to pick up your mail, pending a request via their website. Once you get mail, youll get an email alerting you and then youll be able to see what it is and then you decide what to do with it.The people that work there are friendly and helpful. They dont deal with billing, but they will deal with whatever you need as far as mailing and packing goes. They are willing to accept packages up to 50 lbs, making this place an excellent alternative to a home address. They allow you to have three type of names (personal or business) to one suite number, so you can use this as a business address as well!The online service element leaves a bit to desire tho. For starters, there native app is still in beta and isnt up-to-date. But their regular website works from mobile as well as desktop. You can scan the contents within the mail, schedule for pickup locally, shed it or forward it to another address, which will cost extra.If your subscription isnt paid, they will allow you to catch up with no extra charges.While I love this service, this is a premium service, even at basic price because of the address. The office hours are reasonable, but no Saturday/Sunday service.However, they are still exceptional at what they offer and thats enough for me.

Physical Address was there for me when I closed my office but needed an address downtown. I look at a number of other services. Their price and location were too good to pass up.Now having been a long term client, I will never go back to traditional mail. Even if I get a new office. I will leave my mail at Physical Address. Having it scanned and emailed is so efficient. Knowing that packages will always be in safe hands give me greater peace of mind. I wish I could give Gessie 5 additional stars. I have been using this service for several months after moving from another address where I was for many years. This company has a good website so I can track my mail from anywhere in the mail. Response to inquiries are immediate and efficient. The on site staff are pleasant, courteous and helpful.I have had no issues with using them and my mail has been handled without a problem. I plan to continue with this service.

100% SCAM! STAY AWAY. I wish I could give this negative stars. Company stole over $600 from me!! Canceled service within 30 day trial, NEVER published their address, NEVER received any mail to the address, NEVER even completed the post office forms required to activate the service.No only did they fail to refund me the $210 they charged for a 6-month subscription, they then charged me $210 AGAIN 6-months later!!! I called them after noticing the 2nd charge. They said that they wont refund me, but they refused to cancel the service! Then 2 months later, they charged me a **3RD TIME** for $210!!!Im now out $630!!!!!!!!Reporting this company everywhere online I can find... Yelp, RipOff report, BBB, NY & NV Attorney General.

The best thing about this mail company is that they do answer the phone and emails that I send to them. I actually speak to real people who actually help me out. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!The people working at this company cannot keep their stories straight. I requested a mail to be forwarded to me and it has been almost 2 months and I have not received my mail. At first someone told me it hadnt been forwarded, another person told me it was forwarded, but with no address and it will probably be sent back to me, then the third person - a supervisor stated that it has been sent. That the others were mistaken. She told me if I havent received it that I should call USPS. She made it a point to sarcastically stress that I only paid $0.78 (meaning what do you expect). I expect it to be sent and get to me no matter what I pay. I have a feeling that it was somehow misplaced and was never sent (just my gut feeling). My suggestion for whoever is in charge (hopefully not the people I talked to) is to train staff well. Put procedures in place to ensure that mails actually get forwarded when requested - no matter what the customer pays. $0.78 or $50. Thank you.Mike
