Just a terrible experience. Just wanted to print a single page, not be accosted. Should have taken the little walk down to my regular Staples on Broadway and 81. One lives and learns...every day.

Service hours shown online are not accurate. It says service till 7pm but store was closed after 6pm Friday. Suggest to change the information on the site.

Brownstone dwellers, rejoice: you too can have packages received for a reasonable monthly price. Have had service with them for years. Dawn, Maureen and Jim are friendly and great.

The service was pretty horrible, and I was willing to overlook it because i just wanted my packages to get in the mail....Fast forward to today when i find out the two packages I paid a lot of money to have wrapped and sent went to the wrong places. Looks like its UPS for me from now on.

Great service. I have multiple residential addresses, and MM forwards mail wherever I am, holds onto packages until I can pick them up. Friendly folks.

Ive been working with Manhattan Mailroom for three years. I have a mailbox there and they have been more than professional, helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!

Damaged my photograph and shipped anyway. They are dishonest and should be avoided at all costs.

Horrible for printing! They charged me nearly $5 for 5 black and white prints. Online the price is .12c but they charged me .25c each print plus another $2.75 for them to use the computer in order to access the document. A Scam!

Among the rudest of staff here. Avoid like plague to avoid routinely curt and extremely rude customer service. Asking for help with a package is anathema to the guys. Stay away if you want to avoid an unpleasant experience!!!
