I never had a problem with them. Reasonable and fair pricing when it comes to their services. I’ve taken my watches to be fixed and adjusted, Cita always takes care of me and never had a problem with them. I also brought my necklace to repair and was fixed within a week time frame. I haven’t purchased any jewelry from them but I know they’re fair with their buying of jewelry from neighbors who’ve done services with them. I like supporting this local business within the Spanish Harlem area.

The people there are very friendly, courteous, and respectful..I was able to obtain what I needed, I will definitely continue to do business with them, and I recommend the store to anyone buying, selling, or pawning their gold..

I went in to get my chains cleaned and Cita did a great job.

I had a lot of damage gold items and it was repaired beautifully. It only took a day, Cita was friendly, knowledgeable and everything was reasonably priced. Cita now has a new regular customer.

Great Customer Service! They provided me with a perfect lesson on what jewelry I can get clean and what materials are not worth it. I had engraving services completed by this location. I always take my watch for battery and wristband changing. I have purchased jewelry as well.

WARNING: Do not buy form here they sold me a 14mm Chain as 13mm they would not do anything to make this right. Only stated that this is common in jewelry as they have a slight deference in chains and weights ( What: Yes I said the same thing too ). After not wanting to do anything about the chain they offered me a refund if I removed the negative feedback, then when I open the case they caught amnesia I have pics to prove it. They have negative feedback on Ebay for wrong descriptions and fake gold. You been Warned
