We had an excellent installation experience with Doug. He knew what he was doing and finished very quickly. I wanted to be able to plug in to Ethernet jacks in multiple rooms and asked him how best to set things up, and he figured out how to do it and labeled each cable in the box for which room it went to. The connection is fast. Signing up was painless. NYI-NY, LLC is great if you can get it!
