I dont usually write online reviews, but for GiGstreem I have to. Moved from optimum to Gigstreem and love the service and speed. Used Gigstreem for 8 months and never had a downtime or speed reduction. The router they provide looks super cute and very powerful. Installation was super smooth. I would recommend 100% if GiGsteem is available in your area.

I am a business owner in Chelsea, New York City. I use Gigstreem as my internet provider. Before I get to their amazing customer service, I want to say that Ive never had better internet connectivity. Ive had Verizon, Spectrum (horrible), and I would always have some kind of service interruption. They always blamed the old building Im in for that interruption. Since having Gigstreem, Ive never had any service interruption and Ive never had to call them for any technical reason. Since COVID, my business had to temporarily close. I called our amazing contact, Rich, and immediately reworked our contract to help us during this shutdown. Rich mentioned that he values our relationship and would have no problem doing what they can to help us. Needles to say, it helped us tremendously. I would NEVER get this from any of the big companies. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Thank you Gigstreem!

Love the service. No down time yet... service is pretty reliable. As for speed, up/down speed is always faster than the speed we are paying for.

We’ve had GiGstreem for seven months now and we love it. Solid service, zero hassle dealing with the company. When it rains, we’ve noticed a momentary (seconds) blip when it seems the antennas reroute? But we’re back up to full speed almost instantaneously. I only even noticed the blip because I was obsessively speed testing the network during the summer storms. 100% would recommend!

I have been working with Rich and his team at gigstreem for 14 years. They are amazing. Proof of their value is that when Covid hit they came to the rescue to help us out. Highly recommend them.

This is an excellent service and Im delighted to be a customer. I use Gigstreems residential service in a residential building in Brooklyn. The speeds are steadily about what we pay for; the service suffers no outages or blips; and customer service is responsive and friendly.I particularly appreciate the personal touch you feel from working with a smaller company.Update after one year: Weve been customers for one year now. Still very happy with the service. It has been flawless - always available and always fast.

I have had Gigstream for well over a year. I decide to cut the cord. The local cable company was expensive and the internet always underperformed when I did speed tests. With Gigstream, the service is great and I always get higher speeds that I pay for !

I just switched from Verizon to GiGstreem and Im very happy with the service so far. My speeds are exactly as advertised and the customer service has been amazing. Best of all I have NO contract and NO equipment rental fees!!! GiGstreem is my new standard for an Internet Service Provider.
