I have had an Account with Natural Wireless for 8 Years with NO COMPLAINTS. Most reliable Company out there. I think in 8 years I’ve had 2 minor issues. Immediately the issue was corrected and then they Compensated me. WHO DOES THAT... And there is ALWAYS SOMEONE TO TALK TO IN A MATTER OF MINUTES... NO HOLDING ON THE LINE FOREVER. LOVE MY NATURAL WIRELESS... THANK YOU NW STAFF ❤️

These guys are great, flat out ignore these one line reviews stating that their services dont work, or its slow, etc... I had been using NW for over a year on their lowest speed plan, 200Mbps - for an entire year the service was always up, and reliable. Not only once I had to restart my router. After the first year I then decided to upgrade my service to a faster speed, 450Mbps. At first I kept getting the speed of my original service and the effort that these guys went through in order to figure out what the solution would be for my problem went above and beyond my expectations. I dealt with several of their support personnel and engineers, and the ownership that they took into resolving this speaks volume. One needs to understand that this stuff is complex, its literally dozens of moving parts in order to pin-point the issue. They were able to figure this out and have it all resolved in less than 24 hours. Its at moments like this, when your needs are answered and met to your expectations, is what defines a company and its values. I can assure that not only their service is great, affordable, but most importantly to me, their customer service experience was one of the smoothest I have seen. Keep it up guys!

Great internet at a super affordable price ($40 a month). If you have any issues just call their customer service and they are really responsive. Our connection was slow and I wanted to set up my google home and they sent someone to install a repeater to strengthen the wifi and a router which is free just pay a deposit for it. Very happy with our service.

I got their repeater that they said I would need to boost my internet service for $75 and if you leave they guarantee to refund it back to you but they didnt so they dont live up to their word. Stick with the big companies they give much better service and at least you can get them on the phone with natural Wireless everything is done through email.In response to the owners reply it is a blatant out right lie. I had to pay or like he put it leave a deposit of $75 dollars to get that repeater. He even contradicts himself in his rebuttal. He said it had to be returned in a timely fashion to get the refund and then he said I didnt pay for it in the first place. Why would I want a refund if I didnt pay for it? They certainly didnt give it to to me for my good looks lol. That $75 charge is another way for them to rip off the consumer by getting more money out of them stating it will boost their shoddy service. Not only is he miss stating this situation it is giving me reason to question his business ethics. They never said anything about a time limit when it came to returning the repeater which did nothing much for the internet reception anyhow.When they first came to the lobby of the building where I live their big pitch was you would pay for internet service by the month (No Contracts come and go as you please). They sat in the lobby for quite a long period of time recruiting people for their service. The attraction of pulling people in was that you could stop the service and start it at any given time which was a great feature for (Snowbirds, actors & business people who travel etc) and that was the reason I went with them cause you paid monthly and you could stop the service after the month and sign on again when you returned at your convenience without a contract which he is now saying I used intermittently. After you were hooked, they decided to change their policy and charge their customers every 3 months instead of by the month (Which is something in itself like a 3 month contract). It was not convenient any more because if you travel or wanted to stop the service at any given time in the middle of the 3 month cycle you lost out (Trickery). Like I stated previously, the reason I had to get and pay for the repeater in the first place was because I had very weak signals and they had to come out many times to boost the signals and internet interference.The owner is also misinformed about the big companies they allow you to put their service on vacation at any time with a very minimal charge. If you go with this company beware you will not be happy with the slow service. (That is why my building decided to leave this company and go with spectrum in the first place). Let me try and explain (I am not that tech savvy). The internet is on the same channel or frequency with everyone else in the bldg or on your floor who uses this internet service (the more people using it at any given time the slower the internet) that is why they got me to pay extra for this repeater to boost the speed.The bottom line is this owner is not telling the true story & vindictive in his response by invading my privacy with putting my private name with hyphens in his rebuttal (This is a red flag. so be careful about giving them your personal information) what does my private name have to do with my complaint or review (he is very nasty) and is treading on very thin waters here and I will see what to do about that. Stick with the big companies trust me (you get what you pay for). At least you will have your own channel, high speed and privacy when using the internet. If you go with Natural Wireless remember you were warned.

I signed up for natural wireless in my apartment in NYC. The internet was consistently very slow and unstable since I signed up. I finally decided to give up and signed up with another internet company. When I told them I am going to cancel their service, I found out that their policy is not refundable! And the worst part is that they requested their customer to pay for the whole quarter (3 months) when you sign up. That means if you are not satisfied with their service, they get all your money for the whole quarter, not just a month or the days you use their service! My recommendation is to stay away from this company!

I first became aware of Natural Wireless because my building in Long Island City (Jackson Park) offered it as an option. At first, I was somewhat skeptical because I have never heard of Natural Wireless before - yet I was so well aware of the other two companies Verizon and Spectrum.Despite some skepticism, I decided to sign up for Natural Wireless because of its great value. It turned out to be the right choice.First, Natural Wireless offers great value that cannot be matched by any other company. Second, Natural Wireless has awesome - potentially the best - customer service. After about 5 months of using Natural Wireless, I encountered a problem with using one of the websites that I frequently use. Diana D from the customer service team was very responsive and tremendously helpful. She walked me through steps of trouble shooting, she addressed ALL of my concerns kindly, and finally, she offered a possible resolution which was to change my router to a new model. Her suggestion finally worked and I am truly happy with Natural Wireless.Now, I dont ever wish to use Verizon or Spectrum again. I hope Natural Wireless becomes more widely used in the NYC area so that I can take the service with me when I move to a new building.

Great customer service! We recently had an issue connecting a new device to our network. The techs were really helpful. When they couldnt identify the problem over the phone, they worked hard to make sure they could get someone to us that day. The tech who came was courteous, professional, and was able to get our new device connected quickly. Highly recommend for professional and attentive service, not to mention better rates than the competition ($40/month).

Used it in my new york apartment. very fast service and good customer support. also the ease of signing up and billing is hassle free vs other providers. no need to have service providers come in to install cable etc. priced is a good value vs competitors as well.

Internet service is spotty at best. It has now been over 24 hours without internet. They are saying the soonest appointment to come and fix service is 4 days from now. As cafes cannot have indoor services currently and amenities in the building are closed, I do not have access to the internet to do my job and will have to take unpaid leave for the four days which is unacceptable. I have had multiple interruptions in service during lockdown. I have tried to convey my concerns to the company and they have continued to say they will send it to tier two technical who will not call me back nor will they talk to me about compensation for lack of service. I have been hung up on by customer service twice already. As a side note, anytime a new item needs to be connected to the internet you need to call as I was told they need to manually connect it. Unfortunately the building amenities are tied to this internet but if you have the choice DO NOT, DO NOT GET THIS PROVIDER. Although some customer service reps are professional on the line and pleasant to talk to (excluding those that hang up on you), they do not have a service that is consistent enough to be worth getting and if there is a problem there is no sense of urgency.

We are very happy with the service. It is very reliable and quick and offers good value. The customer service line is available 24 hrs and they were extremely helpful with setting up our internet to work with our new smart TV.

Speed sometimes blazing fast and at other times dialup slow. Good value. Staff can be surly on the phone. Tech people good when you get to them.

Disconnect twice a day. 50 bucks a month and cant even do web browsing lol

Their internet is an incredible deal (for example slower up/down speeds from Comcast cost more than $100 per month). If you subscribe for a year youll be paying less than for a $30 plan from AT&T which is very slow for things like uploading a videos or pics.On top of that their technicians are awesome: very professional, punctual and nice guys.I feel very lucky to be living in a building where their service is available.

Wonderful in all aspects. Easy to schedule installation. We went from speeds of less than 1 mbps with ATT to 100 mbps with Natural Wireless and its less expensive. Cannot recommend too highly.

Natural wireless has been was really easy to connect and has been reliable. Speeds are very good as well.

Great price and speed, but increasingly frequent outages with poor support. I should not have to submit a ticket if youre having systemwide problems, you should update your twitter or have a page on your site. Speed is great, but if you cant connect, a tin can would be better.

Was a little concerned about this service since it is slightly unconventional, but its working very well for me, and the best part is the customer service! Ive always spoken directly to a knowledgeable person when I call, and theyve always helped me right away. The technician that set up my hot spot was very courteous and efficient. I also like that NW offers lower speeds. Im a single person living on my own and I dont need 100mbps! Im very happy with the 20mbps plan.

No major issues in the year Ive been using Natural Wireless. I always have the full bandwidth advertised and customer service has been very responsive. They even set up a static IP for me at no charge. The only down-time was due to a failed switch in my building and they had it replaced the same day and kept me updated the whole time.

After trying ATT and Sonic and getting painfully slow speeds. Natural Wireless was a great upgrade. After some issues with our landlord, the Natural Wireless team help us get back online and help negotiate with out landlord. Neil Sigua and his team were great during the install and made sure we had the highest speeds possible (100+ Mbps!!).

Good value, reliable service and excellent troubleshooting over the phone.

My wife and I never had issues with our connection and never experienced slowness even when streaming content from multiple devices. No setup required and on top of that their prices were better than their competitors.

If I could give this wireless provider 0 stars I would. I tried for 7 years to deal with their service but at least once a quarter, I would have to call as my internet would not work. The upload and download speeds would constantly fall to 1Mbs and after multiple emails and finally a house call, I would have internet service that worked for a few months. Eventually it would slow down, I would need to unplug and restart my internet every few hrs. I finally was fed up this month as I needed to wait 1 week for someone to come out and fix the internet yet again. Customer service was no help. I called multiple times and I was told someone would call me back withing 1-2 days. I never received a call back. At this day and age, reliable internet shouldnt be extraordinary, but implied when youre paying for it. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT YEARS OF FRUSTRATION.

So bad. Instead of promised 60mbps I am struggling every day at some 20mbps with regular total break downs to zero. Impossible to work from home or do anything more than read plain text emails.

Horrible service. In most situations the service barely works. Avoid at all costs.
