Hands down an amazing service! I hadnt used them prior to moving into a building that had them as an option. Installation was instant, and I was up and going. For over a year I had the service, and it never went down, and the speed has been consistently very fast! I am sad to move out of this building as leaving Honest behind is definitely something I will miss. Highly recommended.

Extremely spotty service, constantly goes out forcing me to rely on phone hotspot while working from home. Had zero issues with Verizon. Switched for the low cost and great reviews and will be switching to something more reliable as soon as I move.Edit - The point is not that I cannot reach customer service, yes very responsive on that front, kudos. The point is the number of times I would have to call to resolve issues - give or take 2-3x a month. I do not have the time or desire, frankly, to sit with customer support multiple times a month. Especially when the issue seems to resolve itself in a day or so. If I never have to speak with customer support for wifi issues - that is a winning service in my book, which exists for a premium, and this is not it.

Andre was beyond helpful in our installation. He cleared all our doubts and explained to us detail to detail what the problems were. Then, he proceeded to install the router and modem without complications. Truly a great service.

Undoubtedly the worst internet provider I have ever used. Extremely shoddy service and spent months trying to blame my TV, even though I showed them time and again the issue was across all my devices. Instead of dealing with the problem and fixing it would just send me incessant amounts of questions. I tried them for a few months, but will move over to a more reliable provider

I had my WIFI install this Wednesday, 4/14 with Al Santo and it went incredibly well. Al was on-time, friendly, professional and thought of a way to place the router that was creative, smart and ensured coverage throughout the suite. Al interacted well with my computer and WIFI consultant, Mark Ford, with the result that my suite has very fast WIFI in all of the offices. This install and Honest’s service are far superior to Spectrum, Verizon and A&T -- all of whom I’ve tried in the past without much success. I’m very pleased and congratulations to Honest!

Great customer service! I was amazed at how fast I was able to sign up for services and have them installed, less than 24 hours. Mohammed arrived early to my building so he could get access to the telecommunications room prior to going to my apartment. Once he started the work inside of my apartment, he was fast, courteous, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions!

I cant believe I hadnt heard of this internet provider before!First of all, it was the easiest set-up Ive ever experienced. The router is tiny and powerful. The customer service was so absurdly good I felt like I was dreaming - they set it up without even taking payment information and gave me a month free trial. The guy who set it up was so friendly and kind. The internet has been reliable and high speed. Whenever I email them questions I get almost instant responses. Honest internet is a great option for service. They came to our apt in Brooklyn within 24 hours and set up a mesh wifi design to help with the dead zones. Very responsive and incredibly commercial; when there was a wait for service the CEO gave us a call personally and took care of the issue! Highly recommend if you want to feel good about your internet provider (versus feeling taken advantage of by them!)

Great fast internet service and amazing customer service

In terms of quality of the internet speed, I get 300 mbps with my 4G router. Upgrading it to 5G I am told I would get close to 900 mbps.I signed up yesterday for the service and asked for a technician today. The technician showed up and finished the installation. Very satisfied.For $35 a month w/ free installation, I dont know where you can get that kind of value for the local internet service. It kicked Verizon and Comcasts butt 3 times.

As awesome as advertised! Its a little shocking how convenient and enjoyable it can be to get blazing fast internet for a reasonable price. But thats all part of the Honest Internet experience. I signed up online, booked an appointment, and after one hour of professional, friendly expertise I was up and running with gigabit internet. Highly recommend!

Andre came to our place ready to hook us up. We got super fast internet right away and he gave us a great suggestion on a router. Im posting on the wifi right now and I already can tell it’s super fast. When I’m on the same floor as the router I get about 270mbs but the router he suggested will be better. I don’t regret leaving optimum.

For anyone who is wondering about Honest Internet, I wanted to give some first hand experience after having Honest Internet for about a month. Honest Internets installation process was very straightforward. Deshawn arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations on how to get the best wifi coverage inside the home. The reliability has been great and the speed much faster than my cable provider! I didnt know what to expect but have now finally cut the cord with cable! Definitely recommend trying out Honest if youre lucky enough to have it in your building!

Excellent customer service - Andrea was my installation rep and he did an amazing job and took tile to explain how i can maximize my speeds in the apartment2. The speed is unreal. i paid for a 1GB connection from Verizon and maybe got like 300M over wifi but this one is super fast constantly hitting 500M with little to no lag

Honest Internet is excellent. I switched from Fios to Honest in January 2021, so I am writing this review after ~2 months with the service.The internet is very fast. On WiFi, I almost always get 200+ Mbps, and sometimes get 400+ Mbps on good days. The speed is 2x what I got on Fios at roughly half the cost.Customer service is very responsive. I have called two times, and a representative picked up immediately. No wait times.Installation went really well. The technician Andre was very courteous and professional. I liked that he took off his shoes before entering my apartment. Andre explained what he was doing as he was installing/fixing equipment, which I appreciated. It made me feel more comfortable with allowing a stranger to come into my home.I have had one minor outage so far. I called Support, spoke with someone immediately, they quickly diagnosed the issue, sent over the technician Andre, and he fixed the problem in 15 minutes. In total, I was offline for 2 hours. I have had painful experiences with previous ISPs when the internet is goes out, so I think a 2-hour outage is very reasonable.In summary: I highly recommend Honest Internet.

I appreciate that there was no guessing games.. I received a notification telling me exactly what time the person would be arriving my home to install the internet. And then a call notifying me the person was 20 mins away. So I was perfectly ready (windows open, masks on, for his safety and ours).. When Andre got to my home. He was at all times wearing his mask correctly (very much appreciateded) diligent, informed, and opened to answering all the questions we had about the service. We felt like we were a good hands. Left him to work, and he was done in a matter of minutes. As for the internet connection. This internet connection is without a doubt better then the one Ive been using for the past 2 years. Its faster and seemingly more covrage in my home. This is more then I expected.

Ive had the service for about a month now, have had no complaints. I wanted to wait a month to write a review because I didnt know how the service would fare, but its been absolutely fantastic; no issues with traffic shaping, downtime, etc. The installation was easy and the technician actually knew his stuff (Mo deserves a raise!), we had a great technical conversation about networks and how Honest is scaling (they arent a reseller, theyre running their own lines apparently). Customer service has been great as well, Julia resolved my question over chat in under 3 messages. Would highly recommend them so far.

Awful internet connection, continuously lagging and being kicked off games literally so bad would never recommend and broke router into a a million pieces. Would rather have a potato running my internet.

I have nothing bad to say about Honest. My internet is extremely fast and has never once failed since I switched over from Spectrum months ago. The customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered - an actual human answered the phone when I called! And they were totally courteous. Installation was super easy to schedule and they were right on time. And the price is right! Cant recommend it enough!

The best ISP Ive ever had. Has been rock solid during the pandemic. My friends with Verizon FiOS in NYC have been having problems. Excellent service, quick installation, great prices, superb speeds and latency (good for gaming).

After Verizon took 15 days but still could not install my internet:Mohammad took 5 minutes In and out. Super polite. He was able to set up my older router instead of trying to sell me a new one. He made sure I got the full gigabit speed on install, really good latency.

I signed up with the honest network upon moving into a different apartment in my building. The Honest Network recently became an available option in our building to Verizon and Spectrum. The internet service is great. It is way better quality and way more inexpensive then the other two. The customer service is extremely professional, friendly and service oriented. Super happy so far. Our installer Mohammed Attia was, on time, informative, and helpful.

I wish this company had been created a decade ago. It would’ve saved me so much frustration waiting endlessly on the line to try to get service from Verizon, spectrum, you name it. I’ve been through them all, and everyone of them was terrible to deal with. Then Honest came along. Carl, the brilliant technician that installed the service for me, was absolutely fabulous. He was extremely friendly, super competent and efficient. I wish every business had someone like him to represent them.I can’t recommend this service highly enough. It has also been incredibly fast with no glitches so far, and it’s been a few months. Best decision Ive made in a long time.

Honest Networks offers fast Internet speeds at a reasonable price relative to Comcast. Its service is friendly and prompt. When you call, you just have to select one button and a human comes on. Honest Networks technicians come for service within fifteen minutes of when they say they will be there. Since they observe time so well, if they are not completely done in an hour or so, they leave but will come back until the installation is right. I am not aware of any service that offers Honest Networks speed at this price in the East Bay.

Getting 700 down and 850 up over WIRELESS. wired is peaking at 1.1gbps. Installation was a great experience, the technician was knowledgeable and so friendly. Scheduling the installation wasn’t a massive window, it was a specific time and the tech was 6 minutes early. It’s basically no risk to try (no contracts and a month free) so if it’s available in your building you can’t go wrong. The technology stack is transparent and privacy focused, love it.

So far, the internet connection itself has delivered markedly faster speeds, as advertised. A fantastic experience from start to finish — so different than any other time I’ve had Internet installed. I cannot imagine going back to another service provider and hope Honest does well — they clearly have thought about how to take the pain out of the Internet installation experience for consumers, and it shows.
