This company scammed me out of 400 dollars. They were extremely late and unprofessional on the project. Then when I asked for a refund the account manager Adam decided to get into a yelling match with me and blame me for holding them to a standard. Beware. Even now they refuse to refund me. They believe that just because they agreed to do something doesn’t mean they have to do it on time. I’ve already contacted the FTC on the matter because they refuse to simply refund me. I’ll get my money back from my bank but I’d stay away from this company. I am sure I’m not the only bad review they have that involves money.

They are slow in their process, communication skills are poor, their suggestions for on page strategies are not to be recommended, at least not worth a dime...SO, then when you do say that you are unhappy after the first month, and asking for the money back, they actually refuse...! We preform SEO and I can show you 10 things wrong with their site in 2 minutes that are huge red flags in the SEO world. You start an online chat with them and they close it before you can finish. I just received my completed website. I was nervous in the beginning since it was my first time developing a website. Walter, Matt and their team were excellent. They listened to my ideas, they were great in turning my vision into reality. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They were on time with the promised delivery of the site. The site looks first class. I would highly recommend SearchBerg with no hesitation.

I thought the services were going fairly well until Google suspended my shopping feed from their platform. Search Berg had no real explanation as to why this occurred. I spent $2500 USD using Search Berg’s services. I am Canadian so that translates to about $3300 CAD. I am disappointed. They made many promises including keeping me updated concerning the status of my site AFTER I complained. Now I can’t advertise my products on Google because the account is still suspended. I thoroughly and deeply regret using their services. I am just deeply hurt because I invested money I saved up during the pandemic which as we all know hasn’t been easy for many of us.
