Worst customer service. Far from the standards of North America !

Weve had real success with many of our campaigns across platforms. We have had some hiccups in the past where we had some issues with responsiveness from our former account manager, but in general weve been pretty happy with the service. Its an affordable solution for busy digital marketing departments.

I am very disappointed with your customer service. I have been trying to speak to a rep or account manager without any success. After spending Thou$ands of $ with you all the support I receive is incompetent chat support. Very frustrating and bad experience. I need someone to please reach out.
