I have had a few experiences here and all have been amazing. I recently had an aromatherapy body rub with Rebecca and absolutely want to make this something I try to fit into my schedule more often. Beautiful atmosphere - the room smelled amazing and my masseuse was so knowledgeable, friendly, and offered some amazing tips for stress relief.Also came in for an initial hypnosis consultation a while ago and this is another really cool thing I want to fit in. They really help you deal with what it holding you back and create great healthy habits in a gradual, positive, & stress free way. So whether youre getting a massage or more spiritual advice I really recommend empowered hypnosis.

Selenas calming demeanor was the tip of the iceberg. After one session at Empowered Hypnosis I became extremely aware of my thoughts. Once I gained this awareness I was able to refocus myself whenever the distractions of life took me away from my dreams and goals that we discussed during my free 30-minute trial. I really do feel empowered and control over where I am going thanks to the light bulb Selena helped me screw in (metaphorically lol). This was a wonderful experience. My girlfriend and I went to Empower after getting a Groupon (or lifebooker, I dont recall which one). We were skeptical but curious with regards to the efficacy and process of hypnosis. So we each set up a 50 minute appointment with Selena. It was a very simple and professional scheduling process. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes until she was done with her previous client. My girlfriend elected to go first. She decided to have Selena help her with her anxiety and deep seated past issues. Upon finishing, I immediately noticed her calm, pleasant demeanor which was encouraging as I got ready for my session.Selena was both professional and friendly as she led me into a room with a wonderfully comfortable reclining chair. She dimmed the lights, turned on gentle ambient music. She asked me about what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted to work on personal accountability and follow through with my business and so our 50 minutes began. She guided me into a relaxed mindset then gently took me through a series of general and topic specific affirmations. I was shocked by how much I relaxed and opened my mind, gently led by Selena visualization techniques and incredibly soothing voice. At the end of the session, she calmly brought me back to reality (much to my dismay!). My girlfriend and I left very satisfied and would strongly recommend Empower and Selena to anyone with an interest in self betterment (which honestly should be everyone).

I have an amazing experience with Craig.I came in thru Groupon for a 50 minutes Reiki session due to a lower back pain. That session was excellent, I felt much better afterwards and got some visions on other emotional issues I was dealing with at that time.I asked Craig for guidance and he offered me a package of 6 past life regressions/hypnosis and Reiki, mix and math what is most appropriate, those are 100 minutes sessions.I had 3 of those sessions already and am loving it. Craig is a very skilled, intuitive and talented hypnotist with amazing tool box and deep intuition.He can bring me easily to the past life that is most relevant to my current situation, learning the lessons from that life and removing the pain.I was able to understand so much more about the current health issues, relationships as well as get a glimpse of whats to come.His relaxed way of conducting the sessions makes it a pleasure and the insight you gain are deep and valuable.I decided to take a Reiki training with Craig and am looking forward to more of those amazing sessions.Great job Craig, you are a pro and I am lucky to have you on my light team.Best,Teresa, NY
