This company really earned the 5 star rating. The appointment process was smooth and professional, the estimate was both realistic and on target. Ive used services before that advertise deep cleaning but dont deliver. This crew really paid attention to the details.Isata and Zaida showed up bang on time, were both friendly and professional, and worked hard straight through to the end of the job. Theyd be my first choice to hire again.

Tracy was not only a brilliant cleaner, but charming, funny, and interesting. And she came on the dot of nine. Our place is transformed! she even washed the bathroom walls, and took our humidifier apart and cleaned it (and put it back together again!). I never want to hire anyone but her, and my partner and my little dog feel the same way. (She has a great touch with animals, if mine is any indication.)Another reviewer said Standard clean is more like a deep clean compared to other cleaners, and I agree.I also was delighted with the clear and rapid communication from Gina. I really wanted a clean the next morning, and she got me in, and with the star Tracy. Its a really good company, and I have a hunch they treat their cleaners well, not something I usually feel about these companies. A really satisfying experience all around.

Gina and Hayley were exceptional, communicating clearly through emails and texts, and were able to quickly arrange for a cleaning the next day. Elishabeth arrived promptly the next day and did a great job. She even reported that the apartment did not require the deep clean that I previously thought it needed, and I was only charged for the cost of a standard clean. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

This is the best cleaning service ever! Our cleaner Lani is the best! So detail oriented and nice and thorough, were thrilled!!! She even cleaned out our kids closets, and wiped the moldings and above the windows, and always goes above and beyond! Had a wonderful experience with Obsessive Cleaning. I am moving into a new apartment, and needed to get it cleaned. I contacted Gina, who very quickly set me up with an appointment. Unfortunately, because of various unfortunate surprises at the apartment, I had to delay and reschedule multiple times. Gina was so understanding, responsive and helpful throughout this, and was able to schedule an appointment for me at short notice once I took care of the issues. Tracey did a spectacular job deep cleaning the apartment—would definitely call them again if I need anything cleaned.

I have used Obsessive Cleaning Services on two separate occasions and I think that it is important to share my experiences with the social media!Gina, the owner couldn’t be nicer. She is sweet and she gets back to you right away. She promptly texts you with responses to any questions, etc.Unfortunately, I found something was missing! I texted Gina and asked her if she could ask the girl, who cleaned, if she had possibly placed the missing object somewhere other than where I had left it. I made sure to say I am not accusing anyone of stealing. I searched and searched and told Gina I would take the rest of the day off from looking and begin again the next day with a fresh set of eyes. I never found the missing item but chalked it up to a mistake on the part of the cleaning girl, maybe she threw it out by mistake and she was afraid to take responsibility with her employer.I then noticed another object was missing so I immediately texted Gina who again was very sweet! She called me immediately but, then she put me on hold and the next thing I knew her business partner was on the call.  His attitude was a completely different story! He spoke to me like I was a crook. He made me feel like I was the bad one. His approach was that of an attack dog. Blame the party who was wronged not the party who did the wrongful act. He said “do you think our workers would steal” (I wanted to say so you think they are going to tell you if they did?) Obviously he was going to stand by his workers. He told me that if I think his employee stole something from me then I should call the police and file a police report. I told  him i can explain away the first object that was missing but, now this is missing and this is an expensive item ( value at least $500). He ended the conversation by telling me to go file a police report. After we got off the phone, Gina sent me a text trying to come up with solutions. I responded to Gina that I would once again search my apartment and let her know the result of my search.Notwithstanding the fact that the Obsessive Cleaning personnel did a good job cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. They may have cleaned well but unless, you follow them around every minute with a watchful eye, you may wind up missing some of your possessions. If you do decide to use their services I suggest that that you lock up anything that’s moveable or removable.
