Ohnia from MaidPro has been cleaning my apartment for few months now. She does an excellent job every time and I couldn’t be happier. I consider myself having high standards for cleanliness. (For example, I am someone who vacuums and wipes down the kitchen counter everyday.)I’ve used other cleaning services in the past (handy, task rabbit, etc) but was never happy with the job they did, and felt I could do better. With Ohnia this is not the case; she pays great attention to detail and leaves the place in beautiful condition, making you feel as if your apartment is a hotel room.Also, I’m not the only one who benefits from having Ohnia clean my apartment. I have an asthmatic cat, but ever since Ohnia started cleaning my apartment, I’ve noticed my cat’s asthma attacks have decreased. Very happy with the cleaning service that Maira provided! She was incredibly thorough and our home looks great. Maira was also very understanding of us being in the way while working from home- with two cats and a small child also! It was also nice receiving a call from the owner to help work out details for regular cleanings- he sounds involved and interested in making sure customers are happy.

Overall, we have been quite happy with the MaidPro service. There were a couple of average cleanings when we first signed up for the service, but the owner John rectified the situation immediately. He paired us with Robyn, who does a very good job and is very personable.

Worth it. Stephanie did an AMAZING job. She was professional and courteous. She was efficient and thorough, and was respectful of noise level when I had to jump on a conference call for work while she was cleaning. I would request her specifically next time I use MaidPro!

Michelle from MaidPro does an excellent job of cleaning, and beyond. Always friendly and open, she is flexible about which area of my apartment to clean first, depending on my needs, and is careful with fragile items. I can always depend on her to come within the time frame specified or she calls me on the rare occasions when there is a needed change. She has learned to use my modern vacuum more efficiently, such as utilizing the brush height control, and letting the machine do the work instead of pushing back and forth fast.I am altogether quite satisfied with MaidPro and Michelle.
