Jeraldine deep cleaned and transformed the apartment into a state of cleanliness that I had not seen before while living here. She was so diligent and I was amazed at how meticulous she cleaned in areas that I had not even considered before. She even neatly organized things inside bathroom cupboards for us. Cleany made it very easy for us to get an appointment and we will be looking to use them again the future.

My cleaner (Olga) was great - she arrived promptly and covered quite a bit of ground over 4 hours. My only gripe would be I booked a deep clean, which includes oven cleaning and inside of main cabinets per Cleany’s website, and these didn’t end up getting done. Perhaps a proper deep clean isn’t a job for just one person within 4 hours…otherwise I’m struggling to understand the real difference between a standard and deep clean in terms of # cleaners and time spent. Apart from this, I was happy with the quality of service provided - my apartment still ended up looking much better than the last time I saw it!

Cleany was super easy to schedule and quick to respond. They were also the cheapest offer I could find for house cleaning. Elizabeth did a wonderful job deep cleaning the apartment and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. Im so impressed by their hard work and I think my apartment now looks better than it did before I moved in!

Their website is intuitive and enables one to select among a multitude of cleaning services, and book in just a few clicks. We needed my parents apartment cleaned following a gut renovation of two of their bathrooms. Demolition creates a lot of dust, even with the proper protective coverings. They sent Shel over; she arrived promptly, followed all Covid protocols, and left the place looking like new! Her attention to the finest of details was very much appreciated. We will be calling on Shel and Cleany again soon for regular cleaning!

Amazing, amazing job. I can’t believe their cleaning service is available at this price point. (Handy is only $25 cheaper and has way more variable results.) They showed up exactly on time, brought all their own supplies, and polished every surface. I have a cat and they were so good with him. There wasn’t a cat hair in sight by the end either. I’m beyond impressed.

I have had Cleany clean up my condo about 4 times now. Overall, we are very satisfied with our condo cleanings. Here are my detailed reviews:1. It is unfair to rate the quality of the cleaning job as that really depends on which professional you get. So YMMV here.2. It is fair, however, to rate Cleany as a platform. Their UI is subpar compared to Handy or Amazon, for instance I cannot change my booking schedule on my own via the app nor can I see my past payments.3. Cleany makes up for it with its real person services. Their staff responds to emails extremely fast, and there are no hidden charges to canceling your plans at anytime (unlike Handy - which locks you in).4. Their pricing is on the higher end, however they seem to have developed very good staff. Other services, you typically see the pro trying to get off platforms and work out cheaper deals with you. However, our cleaner is professional so that says something about the company’s employee standards.All that said, we love the job that our professional (Marlene) has been doing, and we will stick to our monthly cleaning schedules. I booked this on the recommendation of a friend for a 1 time standard clean and was deeply impressed with the care, attention to detail and thoroughness of their staff. Shel arrived on time and she asked what our priorities were and where we wanted to focus efforts and time. Accordingly she dusted and cleaned every nook and cranny of our bedroom including removing bottles / creams on the dresser and cleaning the surfaces for dust.We were able to sleep so much better afterwards with all the allergens removed. She brought her own vacuum and wore coverings over her shoes as to not bring in outside debris and germs.Will be booking again and requesting her in the future.

Ok let me start by saying I had called 4 other cleaning services and finally found CLEANY, when I found them the price they gave me was 3x lower than the other cleaning service!! A women named Precious came In the morning, I left for a while and when I came back k my apartment looked literally BRAND NEW. The other services wanted me to pay for multiple people. This got done with ONE PERSON. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received. My apt is clean, smells good, everything was organized and put away. Wow I finally found the best cleaning service in nyc!!! So happy with my cleaner Carmen I was left pleasantly surprised and almost didn’t recognize my place by the time she was finished. She helped reorganize all my closets and cabinets and everything is so neat now. I even got a cute gift bag and calendar postcard from them. Yall, I cannot rave about Cleanys services enough; they rescued me from what couldve been a disastrous situation while providing stellar, communicative service that went above and beyond my expectations.In preparation for moving out of my apartment, I scheduled a deep cleaning service with another company (wont even bother naming them) *one whole week* in advance of my move-out date. On the day of the appointment, this company proceeded to bail on me -- and that was AFTER having collected a large deposit fee to schedule the appointment in the first place. While freaking out, I found a listing for Cleany online, and contacted them on a whim to see if they could provide me with a same-day deep cleaning service -- yall, not only did they schedule me *right away*, they provided me with an accurate time window that my cleaner would arrive.My cleaner was absolutely fantastic -- he let me and my partner know when he was on his way to our place, showed up with all the tools needed to clean our place (as we had all our furniture and belongings moved out already), and cleaned our place from TOP to BOTTOM, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances.I cannot rave about this service enough, and if I wasnt moving to California, Id become a regular Cleany customer after this experience.

Kudos to the Cleany team for my deep clean before my official move in. Jenny and Marlene showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early with cleaning products in hand and stayed extra time to make sure everything was sparkling! I have severe allergies to dust and pet hairs and the previous tenants had two dogs - well guess what?? No more dust or hairs and my place smells and feels AMAZING!!!
