My appointment went great and now I have a lot more clarity on my tinnitus. The testing was easy, went into a lot of details about my hearing and I feel much better after taking the hearing test. The doctor and his assistant were so friendly, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this clinic, whether you want to simply figure out our hearing situation or get recommendations on treatment!

I purchased my hearing aids through another HearingLife office while I was away, and at some point my hearing aids stopped working when I was back in NYC. I asked if I could come in for some help with them. He was kind and professional and gave me a video that he created to go through all of the steps for a thorough cleaning. He said to give the video a try, to give my hearing aids a thorough cleaning and if that did not work, he said I could come in the same day. The video was EXCELLENT, and in fact it took care of my issue. I am so grateful to have my hearing aids working again. It was a real pleasure dealing with Dr. Krasnick. I highly recommend his services.

After my hearing aids stop working and my previous doctor was no longer taking my insurance, I was forced to change insurances, wait a whole month for new insurance to kick in, and find a new doctor. Dr Krasnick made my experience worthwhile. Coming from an Audio Engineering background. He understood the importance of how my ears play an important role for me. He made me feel comfortable and answered every question I threw at him. When I worried about my hearing, the whole time I had so much wax lodged in my ear near my ear drums. After he cleaned me up my hearing was back to normal. The fact that Dr Krasnick and I was able to bond and relate to music, made me know he has my best interest. Dr Aaron Krasnick was recommended by my retiring Audiologist and I went to him for a consultation. Subsequently, I purchased new Starkey AIDS. My experience so far has been great. He really knows his stuff and cares about me. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Krasnick is outstanding. Having used aids for over 30 years, and visited many audiologists, I judge Dr. Krasnick the best I have worked with. He is sensitive and considerate, clearly skilled in the technology and has delivered outstanding results. He is also sensitive to costs. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wow, Krasnick is really good. I think he could fix just about anything. Really efficient, self-efficacious. Just picks up the phone and calls the manufacturer to replace broken parts. While talking to them, jury-rigs the hearing aids to work until the manufacturer sends the parts. Such an improvement from my Dads previous audiologist, where everything took forever and where they had no talent for fixing things -- only replacing.

As a professional audio engineer, my ears are an essential, irreplaceable component of my work. Dr. Krasnick, a former audio engineer himself, is just the professional I need to help me keep my ears healthy, and help me understand what may be happening with them. Im looking forward to having my new in-ear monitors fitted here.

After 20 years playing in a punkrock band, I figured it was time to check out hearing aids. I saw a facebook AD for Sutton and made an appointment. First step, the friendly and good-humored receptionist. Then, after the forms, Doc & I spent a long time on tests, including artificially created background noise, and bone conduction.Dr. Krasnick himself, is a jazz guitarist, and suffers tinnitus from the music... so he is naturally sympathetic. After the initial testing, we had a consultation, test aid trial, and frank discussion about pricing. (It aint cheap.) There was no pressure to buy, just keep in touch and call me when youre ready.Im still going to shop around a bit before I decide, but in the meantime, I wanted to give Sutton and Dr. Krasnick the praise they deserve.

I am a sign language interpreter, so I really need to be able to hear 100% for work. I also am more knowledgable about hearing aids, hearing loss and hearing in general than the average client. I have high expectations for an audiologist to take my needs seriously, treat me with respect, and not have a doom and gloom attitude about hearing loss. Dr. Aaron Krasnick is all of these and more. I have been displeased with several other audiology practices such as Musicians Hearing, Brooklyn College, etc. I am pleased to give him and his practice 5 stars, and if I could give it 6, I would, because he is also easy going, works quickly, and I walked out with a loaner hearing aid that worked better than any aid I have had the same day as my appointment. Finally, he is the first audiologist to simulate background noise during an aid fitting, using his iPhone. Its that easy, and yet, no one has offered me that option in the past, and if you wear an aid, you know that is exactly what you want, is an aid that has been adjusted to match speech in background noise.
