Stayed in Fiore two bedroom apartment with girlfriends . Wonderful location for a Broadway show and dinner in the East Village. Apartment offered extremely comfortable sleeping accommodations with luxurious bedding. Although in a busy section of the city the apartment was quiet with a beautiful view of the backyard garden. Very clean and welcoming.

We just wrapped up a long ladies weekend stay at the Gramercy Townhouse and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The building is beautiful, the rooms allowed plenty of space for 5 adults to live comfortably. The interiors are beautifully decorated and every necessary item was provided for. It was a wonderful home away from home! Annie greeted us upon arrival and made sure we knew how to navigate our way around the apartment. She was such a lovely hostess. We are already planning our return trip. Highly recommend this apartment!

It was my first time renting a apartment in NYC and it was a great experience. I was in town for some university scouting with my daughters and the location of the Gramercy Townhouse was ideal. Not only a very safe part of the city put easy walking distance to / from NYC and Parsons. As well we hosted a brunch for some extended family in town and all were duly impressed with the size, cleanliness, and location. I would recommend the Tesoro apartment to anyone visiting, whether for university tours or otherwise. Thank you Courtney and Sudha for making it a seamless and enjoyable experience.

My family stayed in the Garden Apartment while visiting our son at NYU. The apartment is great with plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and out ( a beautiful outdoor space). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and the hosts provide all kinds of suggestions on places to eat nearby (there are many options!). The apartment is spotless, the beds comfortable, and the showers hot with good water pressure. The WIFI is excellent and the hosts are available through text message as if there were a front desk at a hotel. I was so surprised at how quiet the apartment was...once you are inside, you would never guess you are in NYC. This is a perfect location for visiting NYU and we will definitely stay here again. The only consideration for this apartment (that was not any problem for us) are a couple of steep steps leading to the front door and a narrow spiral staircase that connects the two floors of the apartment. And the washer and dryer were such a nice bonus!

Gramercy Townhouse is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly quiet despite the noise of the city outside. Even though the temperatures were well below freezing during my visit the apartment was always warm. The bed was very comfortable, the living room was perfect for relaxing and the garden in the backyard looked excellent for enjoying a cup of coffee and newspaper in warmer weather. I highly recommend Gramercy Townhouse and look forward to returning in the future.

Had a great stay! The passive house concept ensured excellent air quality and comfortable sleeping. GT is modern and beautifully furnished. The location is great. We were able to easily enjoy the excitement of the theater district as well as the nearby high quality local restaurants and cafes.

Gramercy Townhouse is a sister property of East Village Apartments. Both of these locations are superb. I tried out this new location in Gramercy recently and found it to be absolutely stunning. My family and kids frequent NYC to visit relatives, and I think we will stay here every time. So quiet and spacious. Everything is modern and well decorated.

We had a girls holiday -- off Broadway show, dinner at a nearby Moroccan restaurant, strolling through the Lower East Side, sleepover and coffee shop breakfast the next morning -- all in the lap of luxury. Can you image a brownstone apartment where there are not blaring street sounds all night long? This one has been soundproofed!! And I cannot exaggerate the sense of being surrounded with elegance. The decor is magnificent.I heartily recommend the experience.

Such a great location! The apartments are full of charm, comfortable, bright and equipped with everything you need. The buildings restoration is superb and the owners have furnished it with great taste. You are in the heart of Manhattan, from your windows you can observe but inside there’s a lot of silence. We have been there for a week and Mrs Sudha, the owner, had a great care of our stay.

We spent 1 week in Gramercy Townhouse. Our stay was perfect! The apartment was comfortable, serene, clean and and beautifully done. It was very well equipped with modern appliances, furniture and kitchenware. There was a lovely garden connected to our bedroom. The apartment is centrally located near lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The owner, Sudha was kind and helpful. She was available whenever we had questions. We highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to NYC.

Stayed in the Fiore apartment for a work trip with 2 colleagues. The host greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and made us feel right at home. I am only bummed that the trip was just 3 nights. Luckily I travel to and from NY frequently, so we will definitely be back. The house is a passive house, which I understood means it is super insulated and blocks the exterior noises and also has very clean air. Highly recommended!

We had a last minute work trip and really lucked out that this apartment was available. We stayed in the Aria apartment. Sudha responded instantly to my request to book and made our unexpected travel to NYC so easy and effortless. The apartment was perfect for my colleague and myself: we each had our own bathrooms inside our huge bedroom suites. Everything was immaculate but felt like home. The open kitchen/living area made it ideal to work, enjoy meals and relax for a little afterward. The apartment is quiet but still central – not even a 10 minute walk from Union Square so it was easy for us to get to our meetings and also some great restaurants nearby. My colleague loved the space so much he booked for a second night after I departed – we’re already talking about making this our home in NYC for any business travel and would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable business stay to do the same.

Visit for girls weekend in NYC. Beautiful exquisite townhouse. A home away from home with comfy, clean and calm decor. Many restaurants to choose from and plenty activities for all.

Gramercy Townhouse by Sudha was our best ever Airbnb, One Fine Stay, VRBO experience. Ever (and we travel a lot). Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, fine linens/towels, Malin+Goetz bathroom amenities, spacious, great communication (Sudha answers within minutes). Everything was absolutely wonderful. And it was so quiet (so rare for NYC). Sudhas will be our new NYC home. Thanks Sudha!

Fiore-2-en suite bedroom apt. Beautiful setting in Gramercy Park with wonderful restaurants and coffee/tea shops-Irving Farms-in the neighborhood. Apt is situated on the 2nd floor of a passive house building, incredibly quiet in a noisy city overlooking a lovely back garden. All modern conveniences included, beds are soft & luxurious with lovely light during the day, and floor to ceiling fabic drapes which completely block the outside light at night. Truly, a lovely weekend getaway or a stay for longer. I look forward to returning.

Gramercy Townhouse is now the only place I stay when I go to work in Manhattan.
