I am surprised to read so many bad comments. I have use them for years. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because their pricing information is not clear. I wanted to send a computer and they gave me different pricing. The pricing was outrageously different, but just confusing. However, everything else was great.

Ive been using this company for years and their service has improved. About six years ago I sent a box that arrived more like a ball than a box and items were missing. I havent had any problems in the more recent years. They even take pictures of the things your shipping when they come pick it up. You can track your package on their website. It usually takes about three weeks.

I have a lost more than $700 dollars they stole everything the like I made a complaint about month and a half they don’t care but if they don’t pay me I’m calling 311 they don’t know how that work I guess is the worst company that I ever used and I always send stuff they better do me right they empty my boxes I cried a lot that’s not fear what they did to me

I have been a customer for about 4 years and i like their services; even though i always have to wait some time, today it was enough to not do business with them again. i scheduled a pick up a week ago on (1/16/2021 ) for a pick up and a box drop off (1/23/2021 )I got the call at 2:06pm from the coordinator asking if i was ready for the driver to pick up in which i said yes. I called them at 3:33pm in which they old me that the driver was near by ; at 4:11pm i called them again because clearly the box was not yet picked up their response was to give them 20 minutes and at 4:23pm the driver calls me to give them less than 10 mins for them arrive; 4:59pm and still they had not arrive yet no call whats so ever for any update. Its like okay i get it you have a lot of pick up on schedule but we as customers we have a life too which stops because we have to be at home at the time that they arrive. At exactly 5:06pm my box as picked up. Never again! 3hrs that i couldnt leave my house because of lack of coordination;is a disrespect to a clients time which is non refundable.

Terrible customer services, very unprofessional and very rude. Staff give you aptitude and refused to provide supervisor information and the staff played the roll as supervisor just to avoid grievances be filed.

So far I’ve been shipping for year with this company from Queens New York to Santo Domingo Dominican republic I’ve sent multiple barrels throughout the year and everything’s been in Tak. Nothing is missing. As we are getting close to the holidays I am attempting my biggest shipment to arrive safe and on time for my children. The people are very friendly. Scheduling a pick up and actually picking up the package is a bit slow but it’s understood. They have a lot of customers and a lot of Burroughs And they are trying there best to please everyone.

Horrible experience! Will never use them again. Had called multiple times to pick up. Everytime I would get the same response, within the hour. It is a week later, and nothing. It is not the first time this has happened, but I figured I would give them the benefit of thedoubt. Im paying for a service, its not free.

My mother sent to DR three boxes with different items last month. She was there when it arrived the boxes. Most of the baby clothes were going and others items. She called the customer service here and the girl Sra calmese instead of listening her she did not allow my mother to talk.The worker in the Dom Rep steal the merchandise from the boxes. They opened and closed like nothing. Quisqueya Shipping only wants that you pay here and it doesnt care what happened with the shipping.Worse and worse every day.Marisol

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. They want to charge you $10 per box if you dont send all the boxes at the same time and do not tell you this ahead of time. The delivery guy was disgusting. Asled to use the bathroom and took a dump and it stank and he left a mess. Never ever shipping anything through this company again. Please spend your money elsewhere. When you call their office is a waste of time they do not care about anything.

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. Almost half of the items on our container did not make it to our destination. We have tried calling a number of times to complain and they keep advising to call at a later date. Will never ship with these thieves again!

This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered !!!! Hands down - I call this company and schedule for pick-up for Wednesday and the young lady tells me OK! Come Wednesday not even a phone call ! I call Thursday ask what happen no response just silence on the call - i schedule for Saturday and then call again Friday to remind them! Come Saturday again the young lady calls and tells me what time is good for me ? I say I can be home in the next 30mins ! Once am home 30 more minutes pass call them and she has the nerve to tell me 7pm the driver will be passing by mind you at this point she still hasnt said anything I HAD TO CALL THEM ONCE AGAIN ! That being said I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! nor should you !!!

UPDATE: 23 DAYS LATER MY DRUM GOT TO ITS DESTINATION. IT WAS OPENED AT SOME POINT AND A LOT OF ITEMS WERE STOLEN, AND EMPTY BOTTLES OF ENSURE (from some other client) WERE LEFT INSIDE.***********Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.***I scheduled a pick up on Suffolk County Long Island, for Tuesday Nov. 27th. I waited for them the entire day and they finally called me at 4pm to tell me that they not coming to pick it up, to wait for their next pick up which is Saturday (today). Another phone call today at 3:30pm to tell me that I have to pay $25 extra bc of my location (gave my address from day 1). They morons, worst customer service ever.

My mother called me to let me know that most of things inside the box she send with this company are gone, clothes, bath soap, toothpaste, first aid medication etc. The box was open when it came to the house, Im going to make sure my mother or myself never sent anything with this company.

SHAMEFUL SERVICE. We sent a brand new refrigerator to the DR only to have it arrive damaged to the point where it had to be replaced. After an exhausting 6 months of getting the runaround and speaking to representatives from DR and NYC, they refuse to pay for a replacement fridge because its too expensive. Im appalled by the nerve and the lack of responsibility of this company. I just read all these terrible reviews and Im at a loss at how they are still in business. Be very Leary on these people. Nelson the owner comes in talks a lot makes you believe he is legit but on the other hand runs a poor business. I recently shipped boxes from him and a trailer. Number one the boxes were opened and belongings were taken, (tried calling 5 times he doesnt return calls over 4 weeks), secondly trailer never shipped until 3 weeks later then he received it, was promised end of July and it finally came 8/26/16 one month later, had to change my flights back to US ($1,000 in plane fare), puts me in touch with some woman Moraima to do the customs paperwork and never completes it. She also made me pay double the amount of duties that were really charged. The people in the office know the only company line they use I understand your situation but do nothing about it....Very poor business would never suggest anyone use them. Be careful they shouldnt be in business....You will be greatly disappointed. Next step attorney....

We are trying to ship an auto part for Sto. Sunday for 3 weeks and it has been completely impossible. Pickup by truck has been scheduled4 times but the truck has never appeared. Customer service behavior offers only poor excuses that dont solve anything. Company management should investigate customer complaints.

Dont ship with these people. My mother was a regular customer, she never sent boxes or tanks except with them, so much so that in less than six months she sent 16 boxes and 4 tanks.
