Affordable?!?! Um over $300 a month isn’t affordable for most people right now! That’s like an extra car payment! Money is a huge reason people are so stressed right now!! The website claims they accept insurance too but why is there absolutely nothing that asks anything about insurance when you sign up? I think it’s a scam!
Updated September 2021Last appointmentI talked to a real person. Unfortunately I paid for many appointments with no response.Written in February 2021:😡😱🥶Thieves, simple thieves! They won’t probably take you the first time. They will try and take you after you have told them you are finished!🤢😳😤
I hope you read this before you sign up for talk space. it is hard to rate because it doesnt have a physical location. you will most definitely lose your money and not actually talk to a single therapist. if you really want to feel like a lost cause and a failure by all means please spend your money. you have to look hard but I am not the only one that has had this experience with talkspace
If I could zero stars I would. The therapists show as “working” but don’t respond, don’t show up for live sessions, and support never writes back. I basically paid almost $400 to fill out some surveys and received zero help, assistance, or support.
Therapist cancel or don’t show up to sessions with no explanation. Customer service doesn’t have a phone number and when you reach out on the app, they never get back to you. I had to reach out on twitter to get a reply and asked for a refund. Don’t waste your money.
$396 a month for four 30 minute sessions? that is $200 an hour for video chat counseling!! What is affordable or reasonable about those prices?
