The agency was flexible, kind, understanding, and assured us that they followed rigid protocols to ensure the safety of both our family and their nurse during these unprecedented times. Vera arrived and was amazing from the start. She was so easygoing, knowledgeable, loving, and helpful. She even played with our toddler when she wasn’t caring for our newborn or doing chores around the house. Highly recommend!

Our baby nurse Rosita was with us for 11 weeks after the birth of our son. I was quite nervous about bringing my first baby home, feeling like I had little knowledge of how to care for him. He was also born prematurely and had some feeding difficulties. Rosita put us at ease instantly, teaching us how to do things like bathe him, the best ways to soothe him, and many tips on feeding and burping effectively. She was extremely professional and provided such high-quality care for our son, singing to him and soothing him sometimes for hours at a time in the late hours of the night. My husband and I are new parents and were expecting our first baby in September. As a first time mom, I knew I wanted to find an experienced, patient, personable and supportive night nurse to show us the ropes during the critical 2-3 months of our baby’s life after birth. And David at Frances Stewart did just that. David handpicked and helped us set up an interview with a terrific night nurse who met our needs. Our night nurse has not only given us much needed relief during the night so we can get sleep but has also introduced us to so many helpful ways of taking care of our baby, including how to breastfeed and increase milk supply, how to get rid of diaper rash, how to swaddle and bathe a newborn, how to read my baby’s cues and how to put her to sleep. We have been working with the same night nurse for 8 weeks now and she has helped us raise a happy and healthy baby. Furthermore, when I was stressed about finding last minute relief during the day, David was able to quickly secure someone for us. All in all, we had a positive experience with Frances Stewart and would recommend anyone to reach out to them to see if they can help you find a night nurse who meets your needs as they did for us.

My husband and I had not changed a diaper or even really held a baby before our son was born. Pauline arrived a few hours after we came home and quickly settled in to help us new anxious parents. We quickly understood we were in amazing hands.She kept everything clean and organized. She was there when we needed her but kept to herself when she knew we needed private family time. I got much needed rest knowing she was with baby overnight and would wake me for feeds or do bottle feeds to give me more sleep. I never doubted Pauline’s trusting hands.She just came back to help us with baby #2 and she did all she did before in addition to helping our toddler acclimate to the new addition. It was so nice having her back with us. If you are considering a baby nurse but not sure if the expense is worth it - believe me it is!!

I could not recommend this agency more! They were extremely professional and helpful. I had spoken with them prior to my babys arrival but was unsure about how much help I would need being a first time mom so did not arrange anything prior to delivering- two weeks into life with a newborn, I called saying HELP and they helped me get exactly the support that I needed in very short order. We lucked out with the best night nurse ever- Sharon taught us so much and was our baby boys best friend right from the beginning. She really built our confidence - and was so helpful and allowed us to get some much needed sleep- she was a true pleasure to have around and Im not sure that we would have gotten through the first few weeks without her help. Tears all around when our time with her was up, but she left us in a really good place. Definitely call them for any help you think you might need!

My sister-in-law and doctors recommended them before our first. As a first time mom, I appreciated that they could guarantee someones arrival the day I came home from the hospital, someone who would be courteous, competent, professional and vetted (I had no idea what questions to ask, what to look for, how to interview someone). I also appreciated the flexibility in making an on-the-go decision about how long to have someone stay with us (both times I had no idea how long we would need someone). As a second time mom, these things were even more invaluable. I cried when our nurses left both times, and I recommend Frances Stewart to anyone who ever asks for baby nurse recommendations!

The agency got us an emergency baby nurse in no time. She was great: very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to get along with.

BEWARE: This experience made my journey as a 2nd time mom much worse. Agency just cares about putting someone/ ANYONE in your home and getting paid. If anthing goes wrong they treat you like garbage. ALL OF THIS VIDEO RECORDED.I hired two different nuses through the agency. I was told that I was only allowed to meet one nurse at time and could not interview multiple. The first had a limp during the interview and I specifically asked if there was any reason she would not be able to go safety up and down the stairs in our duplex. She assured us it would be fine. However we quickly learned she was a danger to herself and our baby and could barely navigate stairs or walk on level ground with the baby. When I bought this up to the agency, David scolded me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Eventually he relented when he saw her in person after a week and she admitted that she was witholding a knee problem and it was a liability to his company.They sent me a 2nd nurse and I had major concerns from the interview but David told me she was loved by many families and I should give her a try. This woman was nothing short of a lunatic. She argued with me and my husband about everything we asked her to do. She would laugh at us and walk away as we were speaking to her. She asked for 3 hour breaks and then 4 hours but would not use them to get any rest. She would leave the home for social engagements but complained as soon as she got back that she was tired. Once she admitted she was using the break to go home to host a party and then come back to take care of our child. Then she called 30 mins before she was to return and told us she needed 2 hours more. And we were paying her for a live in position 5 days a week. Her behavior was so rude and abusive my husband had to have her removed from our home.The agency did not care at ALL! In fact the crazy nurse told us David said just make sure to get the money before she left.
