Superior Office Solutions is an excellent organization for your copying a leasing needs. Their staff, more specifically Osiris, Yvonne, and Julio, are a cut above the rest in terms of customer service. My staff has been dealing with other representatives more frequently than myself although I apologize if I had missed anyone. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond their normal line of duty speaks volumes for their business. I currently recommend all of our clientele to utilize SOS and will gladly continue referring them business in the future.

We contracted with SOS in June 2020, right in the heart of our COVID operations shutdown. Our previous copy machine contracts expired and we needed to replace our equipment. Not only did SOS give us a quote almost 1/3 of what we were paying, they delivered the new machines and set them up seemlessly with cooperation of our IT vendor. They removed the old machines and stored them at no cost until our old vendor sent the return authorization information. This took months. They are frequently checking up to see if any additional training is needed for the staff that are returning to the office. Their customer service is great and I am extremely pleased that even under the current situation, I have a vendor I can count on.

SOS has provided exceptional customer service through the years. They answer emails same-day, are quick to offer price-saving solutions, and deliveries are often next day. One feature I love in particular is that our printers are set up to order toner automatically when each color runs low. So we receive surprise toner in the mail, and low and behold, a week later, our printer tells us that were out, and we just pop the new one in!

I have worked with SOS for the past 5 years, due to their excellent customer service. Technicians respond within 4 hours, same day, and early the following morning for late afternoon issues. We originally received only our copiers through SOS and have slowly transitioned all of our desk printers, mail machine, as well as two other offices, to their service. I would highly recommend SOS, especially Tim Glover and the team he has working with him.

We had a great experience with Superior Office Systems. Steve Cialino was our technician for the set up of our new copier. He was very helpful and took time to walk me through setting up the printer to setting up the different functions, such as scan, department ID set up, etc. Steve is a very friendly and knowledgeable technician so it wasnt hard to ask him any questions that I had had.

A technician came to deal with setting our copier up in our new coworking space several times last year and was unable to get the copier online (we wanted to be able to scan to our laptops). Karolis came and quite easily achieved that goal for us today. I am extremely grateful for the work that he did today.

Unreliable!! I placed an ink order for our printer on a Monday, the girl on the phone said, it will take 2-3 days to arrive. I called Friday to check where the heck the ink was. They had no record of me ever placing the order. So they did a new order on Friday. Today we have a week waiting for that ink and its not here still ! So, i did my third follow up call, the girl on the phone placed me on hold for a long while, just to come back with here is the tracking number check when it will arrive. Really ???When you tell them to give you a back up ink, they will tell you their system lets them know when your printer is running low on ink, so theres no need. NOT True our printer has gone without ink twice, and they have no clue.We ordered a drum previously to ordering the ink and it didnt get here. Until days later, not the date they promised.BAD SERVICE...

It was an excellent experience. Jacki was extremely responsive and really put forth the effort to assist. She showed that she really cared about the situation and that we werent just another job.
