ACM has been a terrific vendor—always extremely efficient and helpful in sorting out any issues we have, and they provided the right Canon machine at the right price for us. A big shout-out for ACM service tech Antonio, who is fantastic to work with and awesome at solving our IT and tech challenges and servicing the machine! Our administrative contact Lauren is also super helpful and friendly and facilitates all our needs promptly. When it’s time to return equipment, they also streamline that process for us to make it easier. We are satisfied customers.

American Copy Machines helped us with the Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden this year. They provided us printers and copiers at 3 different locations with prompt delivery/pickup and support. We would highly recommend anyone who is having an event in NYC to rent from this company.

We were searching for a copier and Micky stopped by to give us an offer which seemed not bad. So after talking with my boss, we decided to take the offer. It took days for them to send us the papers and we found out the copier they put on the paper is a much older one and and they charged us the same price. Micky never picked up the phone to explain and the office lady who picked up the phone was really nasty, saying the new copier is sold and we should just take whatever they have.Micky said he is a Romanian and Romanian is black and white and never play tricks. Give them a try if you want to find out if it is true.

I needed help this weekend with a copier that I rented for an event. the techs came out on the weekend and helped us out with networking and parts. They were prompt and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

I have to say that when I needed a shredder for a pop up rental that was happening in the city this company delivered. The staff were friendly and I was able to get the shredder within a few hours which was great. next time I need anything I will be calling them!

Mr. Miky Faibis, President - this guy sis a total dirt bag... DO NOT USE THEM!!! They will overcharge you and lock you into a contract. Then when its over he will hit your card without permission and claim you damaged the machine.

I accepted their offer to evaluate our copier lease and they were able to lower our monthly payment by $187.00 per month, not bad for 20 minutes work.

Made a call only to hear that she didnt even sure whether she would service or not. Her excuse was maybe the parts not available or whatever. Not even try to look into the unit. I guess these people only want to sell the new ones to make profit and dont want to deal w/ head aches even for the item they sold a few years ago. Not a good service minded.

We bought a machine and now I need a new tech to deal with the issue we paid for in the beginning but had no problem with our old fax machine which still works well poor poor service
