These guys are awesome, I purchase a lot of equipment and always rely on them to guide me in the right direction to get the machine I need, rather then the machine I want. They also service all of my equipment (multiple Wide format printers/Copiers) and their service has always been fantastic. I would hands down recommend giving them a call if you need a copier or wide format printer.

Theyve been incredibly helpful in giving me options for printers for my office and have helped support those printers for the last 3 years. From support calls to actually sending techs out for repairs. They are always my first call when Im looking into a new printer or need service.

This has to be the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. Our sales rep never returned my calls after selling me the printer (big scammer). Also the printer doesnt have the features that were promised to me. Months later and Im still waiting for the printer that is owed to me!Pioneer customer service is honestly is the worst Ive ever seen. And receiving ink takes about two weeks! I honestly thought this place was going out of business since I had to fight tooth and nails to get what was owed to us. Please dont wast your time or money. I will keep you updated on this situations. But not looking good...
