Its been 5 months since the installation, and the job has not been completed. Missing panels, damaged panels, missing transformers for lights, outlets hanging out with exposed wiring. And the audacity to complain to me for filing a BBB report for not completing the job in a timely manner.Terrible experience. Wish it could be resolved. Would not recommend, stay away.--------------------------------JUNE 8TH UPDATE:After 7 months we are almost complete. And it took the above review to get it completed.We are still waiting for one cabinet door that was damaged during the original December 2016 install. It was missing from the delivery with the latest attempt by the company to fix all outstanding issues.Before June 8th, it was missing parts like transformers for lights (from the original order), it had damaged panels by the December installer, and exposed wiring also done by December installer, as you can see in the photos attached. The original installer was simply bad. And it may not reflect on the company as a whole, it could have been just this installer.However, the new installer from June 8th was really excellent, and we are happy with his work. I would also like to point out that it took him 5 hours to correct the issues. Which means original installer left out lots of work to be done. Which as you can imagine, we were not satisfied or happy with, as it had lots of work left to finish. But you could tell he wanted to make sure everything was done right, and it finally was.Only one cabinet door needs replacement now and we were very happy with the new installer who corrected the issues from the first installer.So overall the outcome is satisfactory, however, it shouldnt have taken 7 months to resolve, and it still isnt 100%, but almost there.Will update again if/when its fully resolved.

Leicht New York design choices are good. My designer did her best to accommodate my taste, choice of colors and design. She was helpful in listening to my comments and in following up with me to find out about the progress of the project. I love the cabinets’ glossy white finish. The installers did not have enough pieces at the beginning but ultimately, Leicht NY provided necessary pieces and hardware needed and sent their skilled workers to complete the project. I recommend Leicht New York to everyone who is looking for modern and contemporary look

I researched cabinet companies off and on for six months and could not find what I was looking for at a reasonable price point. Many companies offered a European aesthetic but lacked the German engineering and features I wanted. When I viewed the Leicht showroom and saw the quality and ingenuity of the line I knew I had found the right cabinets for our project. I was also very impressed that the construction of the cabinets remains the same at every price point - quality and materials are consistent throughout the line - the price is only affected by the front type chosen and any extra features such as lighting or mechanization.The process of designing the kitchen with Leicht was a wonderful experience. Garcia was our kitchen designer and walked us through the process from the very first tour of the showroom through to installation. He listened very carefully to what features were important to me, the look I was going for and was careful to consider our budget. After countless hours spent meeting with us and our architect, Garcia presented a design that exceeded our expectations in every way. He also helped us make an array of important choices regarding appliances, lighting, tile and countertops that can be daunting without guidance. Measurements were precise and the cabinets arrived exactly on time, which is very important when on a tight construction schedule. The cabinets were beautifully installed and we are now enjoying a kitchen that is gorgeous, easy to clean and functional.I would highly recommend Leicht New York to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen! Michala designed the space, using every inch of room, including corners and the higher parts of our space - loft ceilings. The installation crew was receptive and thorough, returning for adjustments as needed until everything was perfect.Leicht was very professional, and the finished project looks so good - sleek and modern, yet easy to use and clean. This was our first experience with a kitchen renovation and we didn’t have to look far for slick, modern and beautiful cabinets. Among other locations, Leicht NY has a large showroom in Red Hook, Brooklyn where we found out that once a month, they organize a class in Chelsea where you can learn everything there’s to know about kitchen remodeling, options and cost. Our designer, Michala was responsive and worked around our budget and ideas and suggested good design solutions. The installation went well and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Leicht.

I love my Leicht Kitchen. Had a great experience working with our kitchen designer Yoram. He was very knowledgable and had great ideas. Every time I finish cooking I just want to hug my kitchen. It is very practical and functional. I am very detail oriented and my designer accommodated most of my needs in this kitchen. I would highly recommend Leicht.

We are so happy we engaged Leicht to help us with our kitchen remodel! Yoram helped us design a creative solution to a complex kitchen layout and guided us through the entire process. He was very responsive to all our needs and questions, and we are thrilled with the final product quality and the look of the cabinets. Leichts installation team led by Andre put the finishing touches on our cabinets while coordinating with our contractor for the cabinetry for our built-in appliances. Our installation team was able to quickly navigate on-site installation and was with us after the install to help with any tweaks we desired. Overall, we would highly recommend Leicht!

I would strongly recommend Leicht kitchens. I had a great experience designing the kitchen with Yoram who was meticulous and patient throughout the design process to make sure everything fit right and the kitchen was something Id be totally happy with. The cabinetry is beautiful and very well made. There was a slight discrepancy regarding who puts the final protective coat on the high gloss cabinets - customer or Leicht, so it was not applied (by me) until long after it needed to be, so I would make sure you clear that up with Leicht first, but overall I am thrilled with how it came out and would highly recommend considering Leicht if youre looking to have a beautiful, well designed and perfectly installed kitchen.

We love our Leicht kitchen! The quality of the cabinets, the design and the service from Mayan and his team was/is amazing. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we looked at several options but after attending a free seminar- which is well worth the time-How Much Will My Kitchen Cost we knew that we wanted to work with Leicht. Mayan measured the kitchen, but also took the time to understand our taste and what we wanted to achieve. We really appreciate that Mayan gave us direction and was honest enough to let us know when he thought something would not look right. We got help with the countertops, backsplash, appliances and accessories. The result is a beautiful and functional kitchen with much more storage space then we had before, We looked at remodeling the kitchen as an investment, so its best to work with design professionals. Were very pleased with the results and tell people that are thinking about a new kitchen to check out Leicht because they will be happy for years to to come.

I had the most fantastic experience with Leicht and their designer Michala. I had the most horrific apartment purchase process and they were one of the few happy delights in it. At the top tier kitchen level, the quality is all very comparable, so what made me choose them? I think having someone who understands your taste, what you want, and just get it is SOOO important!! I cant express enough how I only had to express my desires ONCE and Michala remembers it all and can see my vision. Her designs were so much better then other places I had gone to, and I went to all the top ones. Shes SUPER accommodating, super fast turnaround time, and Leicht have more choices. For example, the lacquered panels, they can customized that to ANY colour you want as long as you can give them a colour number.It was such a fun and amazing experience working with Leicht and Michala, and she was much much more experienced in terms of actual kitchen function. When u do a kitchen renovation, ventilation, gas line, amps, volts, water line, all that need to be factored in. Leicht just knew all that, and wasnt only solely focused on the design aspect. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to use them!!!

We are ecstatic about our new kitchen/apartment. We underwent a gut renovation of our 700 sqft apartment focusing on the open floor plan concept. In Manhattan every square inch matters and our goal was to maximum the space and have a fabulous kitchen as the focal point. Our previous kitchen was the size of a very small walk in closet, that was dark, crowded (only one person at a time); there was only one drawer, 3 small upper cabinets, and a corner carousel. Not to mention we literally had to balance on one foot to open the dishwasher… this was not an ideal kitchen. Thankfully, with Yoram Zioni’s vision and recommendations we increased our kitchen size and tripled our storage space. Yoram recommended integrating the appliances into the beautiful cabinetry and relocating the refrigerator to the opposite wall thus giving us more counter area which would incorporate counter seating as well. With Yoram’s help, we maximized every inch of space configuring cabinets to add an additional storage cabinet and minimize all unused corners.Yoram was very easy to work with and always available to ask questions and provide recommendations where needed. We were pleasantly surprised when our kitchen arrived a couple weeks ahead of schedule and Yoram was able to expedite the scheduling of the installation in order for us to have our kitchen installed by the Thanksgiving holiday. The Leicht installers were punctual, professional and detail orientated. They took their time to ensure everything was installed properly and fully functional.We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend and endorse Leicht kitchen and more specifically kitchen designer, Yoram Zioni! He is fabulous and we can’t thank him enough!

The services provided by Leicht have been impecable and we have received a very professional and helpful guidance from Polina. We believe that Leicht is worth it for the price paid because it has talented, passionated and tireless people like Polina, who really made a difference with her work and made us satisfied with Leichts services.

I have to say, I was skeptical at first, but I just had my new Leicht kitchen installed and I cant rave enough about the experience and most especially the outcome! Yes, these kitchens are PRICEY. But having done my last kitchen w/IKEA, its like going from a golf cart to a Mercedes Benz. Yoram, in the NYC showroom on the UWS helped me -- came and measured twice with his team and walked me through several design options, sketched out in 3-D. He helped me pick finishes and narrow in on which style cabinetry would be best. He directed me to a wonderful and VERY well-priced supplier for all of my appliances (AJ Madison). And much to my surprise my kitchen was delivered weeks early from overseas -- and installation began. Again, a COMPLETELY different experience from IKEA. The Leicht install team was impeccible, clean, knowledgable and detail oriented. Rather than racing through, they took their time and made sure everything was done right. And boy oh boy does it show! I would reccommend anyone to Leicht. Your kitchen will be so beautiful (and functional) that youll never want to leave it!

From my first step into the Leicht store on Broadway to the final kitchen installation, the process could not have been smoother. Despite all the changes in the design I would request, she was always happy to assist and work with me to make my vision come to life. She truly held my hand through the entire process, which was crucial for me as it was my first experience with a kitchen renovation.My kitchen just got installed last week and I could not be happier. The installation went very smoothly (I was not even present) and the quality of the materials and all the details that you get from Leicht are impeccable - looks exactly like what you see in the showroom. I contacted Mayan after I had consulted with various European (Italian and German) kitchen manufacturers and designers. Mayan was prompt in getting back to me and took a lot of time to explain to me the various finish options, price categories, as well as design ideas. We worked together for hours trying to come up with different options that fit our budget. And this was all on the phone!I made a trip to NYC to visit the showroom. Again, Mayan was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, professional, courteous and (very) patient. I fell in love with the product, particularly one of the kitchens in the showroom and made a decision right then to go with Leicht. Mayan told me that their designer actually lives in the DC area and will contact me.The unexpected surprise was meeting Helya Metzler, Leichts incredibly talented designer. As a trained architect, Helya instantly understood what we were trying to accomplish from a design perspective. She studied the floor plans, listened intently to everything we wanted and designed for us the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen. I wanted a kitchen that did not look like a kitchen but functioned like one.Not only did Helya design a kitchen that looks stunning, but she also made sure every cabinet, drawer, appliance, sink was where it should be. Her perfect sense of aesthetics and her attention to every detail (including lighting and accessories inside drawers and cabinets) is unsurpassed.Bill, the installer Leicht chose, was meticulous. He took his time and did a wonderful job. He was the best installer we had on this project by far. He worked well with our contractor, and always left the space spotless. He came back a few weeks afterwards to check and calibrate every drawer and cabinet.Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our kitchen. We spend most of our time there. I cook almost every night for my family. Friends walk in and their mouths drop. Helya also designed built-in cabinets for our dining room. I only wish we had the budget to have Leicht do all our built-ins and bathrooms.I cannot recommend Leicht New York enough. The only downside is that we rarely want to go out anymore. Ive gotten so good in the kitchen that only the top restaurants now will do :)Thank you Mayan and Helya!!!
