Excellent service for warranty replacement of a very visible faucet component replacement!  The quality of the part is excellent and the instructions clear and complete.  The part has been installed, looks beautiful, and works perfectly!  We are very pleased with Grohe, the generous warranty terms, and with the perfect execution of the warranty service.  Very satisfied with our original purchase.

I have 2 Grove faucets in my kitchen. The hose on one developed a small leak. I contacted Grove, a replacement hose was immediately sent to me. No hassle, just an immediate effort to solve the problem. I appreciate such customer service!

We have had several events at the Grohe Live! Showroom and have had uniformly wonderful experiences! The environment itself is bright, clean and stimulating, with a centrally located seating area that is perfect for classes. The staff are friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Last but not least they showcase a fantastic line of faucets and fixtures, including one that serves carbonated water!We love you Grohe ! Keep up the good work.

I have all the appliances from Grohe and after 7 years one of the parts was not operating properly. Grohe was able to replace at no cost, it did take a little bit longer then expected, because the part was out of stock. But they did replace it and now I am satisfied customer.

The worst! I spent $514.76 on a Ladylux Plus kitchen faucet, being told that Grohe was the top of the line. Two months later I have a leaky faucet unit. Grohe is willing to send a replacement part, which Ill have spent hundreds on to have it installed. Buy a Kohler, buy a Delta. Better faucets, better service.

Very unreliable. First, our kitchen faucet didnt merely start leaking, but it actually broke apart. After contacting customer service, I was told a warranty replacement order had been submitted and that I would be receiving shipping confirmation shortly. After a week with no shipping confirmation, I emailed for an update. After no response, I emailed again a week later, and received no response. It has now been 19 days since I was told the warranty order had been processed, and 19 days without a kitchen faucet.

Ive been a high end plumbing contractor for over thirty years. Very familiar with European faucets, cartridges, etc. I called Grohe tech support with the problem I was having with a Grohe kitchen sink faucet. I had very poor service. The three techs I spoke with were more intent on informing me of what was wrong rather than listening to what I was seeing. Later I did more research online and found that there are numerous schematics concerning the 33853 Europlus, 33871Europlus II, 33065, 33939, etc. I would tell the tech the problem, they would insist that the answer was replacing part A. I would tell them part A was not in my faucet. I would tell them part B was the problem. They would insist that part B was not in my faucet. ETC. I think they were looking at only one schematic and not checking to see if another schematic fit the description I gave. The homeowner had sent a picture of the faucet earlier and they had given him the model number. After looking it up on line I found that several schematics covered the exact same model number, depending on manufacturing date. Thus what I was seeing was different than what they were seeing on their computer screen. None of the three conceived that they were wrong or that I knew a thing about faucets. Very disappointing. Im familiar with other faucet tech support and this is the worst. Ill suggest to the homeowner to get a Jado or Phylrich faucet instead.
