I never left a review before but I had to do this one.A motorcycle hit my car (Lexus 2016) and damaged the entire passenger side both doors, scratched the window, scratched the moldings and my rims. I am restoring my Vespa and i nedded someone that understands a thing or two about painting i heard about this place from a friend, got my old vespa and went there, the service was excellent they sat with me and showed me hundreds of paint options i chose the orange and the rest was up to them, a week later the vespa was ready in this beautiful orange paint, they did a great job i am so happy with the paint i am sure ill go back there with my other projects

My experience was terrific. Dominic Was genuine and helped me throughout my shopping experience. His expertise regarding cars was greatly appreciated. On our test drive he really helped highlight the strength of the Mazda 3 Hatchback, which I bought, and helped put things into perspective.

First rate service & work at sub-reasonable prices. Everything went so smoothly for me in terms of getting estimate, scheduling the work, and getting back my repaired car. I had a wee car accident and visited three shops to get quotes to fix my car. I was very impressed with Will and his brother Romeo and their professionalism and service. They fixed my car in the time quoted and it looked like brand new. In addition, I brought it back to do some other touch ups to my old Prius and they were super helpful and went out of their way to take care of me and my car.

Great place to get your car back on the road. My Dodge Charger 12 was hit by another vehicle and NYC Auto was there bring it back to perfection. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would! I love this body shop, and the manager goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is overly satisfied. I have been here twice for service, and NYC Auto Body does not disappoint. Whenever I need something done on my car whether it be a a quick buff, dent fixes, inspection, etc I bring it in to this shop. If you want to leave your car in the hands of workers whom care about the quality of their work, then this is the place to go!

My car is as good as new. The bumper looks amazing and you cant tell that it was in a bumper war. They even washed my car before I picked her up.

I left work late and found that my battery was dead because I had left my lights on. I was the last car in the parking lot and the office building door locked behind me. It was freezing outside. I searched for car towing service in NYC on my phone and found NYC Auto Body 24 hour service. I called and they had a truck to my location in minutes. The tow truck driver let me sit in his truck and jumped my car by himself. I really was impressed by the great service. If I ever need help again I will know who to call.

I would like to acknowledge NYC Auto Body, their staff and especially their manager Idan for their outstanding dedication to a customer service. I was recently in at NYC Auto Body to have repairs completed on my Toyota Camry after having a very disappointing visit with other Auto body shop. NYC Auto Body was able to get my vehicle in and diagnosed in very little time and came back with a very competitive quote for the auto repair work. After the parts came in they quickly got the car finished and had me back on the road. Their communication was very good, they did a nice job cleaning up the vehicle after the work, and the pricing was very good. All around a great job!

When I hit a pothole, and blew out a tire, NYC Auto Body came to help immediately when I called. It was too dangerous for me to change the tire myself along the busy highway. The tow truck driver blocked the lane and did it for me. It did not cost that much either. I really appreciated the excellent roadside assistance provided.

When I was stranded on the Cross Bronx I called NYC Auto Body for car towing. NYC is a tough place to get a tow truck but if you know who to call it is not a problem. I had a flatbed truck in 30 minutes to get me out of there.

I have been a customer of NYC Auto Body for years. They know me and my car real well. They are my neighborhood car towing service repair shop and I will not go anywhere else. They do anything that I need done and for a fair price. I needed a jump start one morning, or so I thought, and I called NYC Auto Body. A technician came out in a tow truck and told me my battery was no longer chargeable. He showed me with a gauge he had. He was able to replace my battery right on the spot by one phone call. I was really impressed. The car has been starting perfectly ever since.

I was driving home late one night and I did not see the water covering the road. I hit it and hydroplaned into a ditch. Fortunately I had my phone to search for car towing and found NYC Auto Body. I called and they dispatched a tow truck with a winch that pulled me out. Fortunately there was no serious damage to my car. The 24 hour service and fast response was excellent and the driver went the extra distance, getting through the weeds in the dark to hook up my car.

I appreciate NYC Auto Body team in not only resolving this problem that I needed my car to be towed very fast, but also they discovered an engine oil leak problem, and also the need to replace rear tires. They have done an excellent job in fixing all the problems for me. It took not so much time due to part delivery and I really appreciate this. I am totally satisfied with the services I received. Went there for a repair for a Honda vehicle, constant delays with no updates. The reason I chose this place as my repair shop was because of good ratings and it was listed on the Honda website. It definitely did not deserve the rating it should and the job done was extremely unprofessional.

My car was keyed front to back on both passenger doors. Did not want to go through my insurance and I was referred by a friend to come here. Idan was very helpful and advised me not to go through my insurance and gave me a good price to paint both doors. Repaired my car without hassle

When the clutch pedal in my car dropped to the floor board I had to call a NYC tow truck. I found NYC Auto Body on line on my cell phone. NYC Auto Body told me I had a leak and lost fluid from the cylinder. Their repair was only 75.00 for a seal and fluid. I know who to trust now.
