The facilities are super clean, cleaner more than Spas. the staff on the front are super welcoming making standing time close to zero. But my best words should definitely go to the staff of masseurs which are professionals, clean and therapeutic.I really wanted my sister to join but she couldnt

Watch out for memberships. They make it so easy to sign up. You can call them and they will do it for you.Not so much for cancelling membership. You have to call them to request a specific email then print out a PDF etc.This is the type of corporate business model that should no longer exist in the 21st century.No one should have to jump through hoops to stop paying for nothing.This is not the only review that addresses these concerns. Very nice and quiet. Very calming and relaxed atmosphere. Tamora is great and so is fahiti. Definitely get 90 minutes, 60 just isnt enough.

Do yourself a favor and book a massage. You wont regret it.

People have lost their jobs and lives in this pandemic and they are taking their money against their will. EVEN IF YOU DO NOT FEEL SAFE USING THEIR SERVICE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND DENY ANY REFUNDS. If you are in a contract get legal representation ASAP!

I recently had a couple’s massage therapy with my husband and it was Amazing. We were both super happy and satisfied with our massages. Dolly and Brittany were fantastic and spot on. Definitely looking forward to my next session. Friendly staff and very clean and relaxing environment!

First time having oxtails-I know -the server was nice and food was piping hot . Oxtails were falling off the bone enjoyed the cabbage and plantains. The serving for Mac &!Cheese was huge! I didnt like it too much. I also enjoyed buying the veggie deluxe in curry sauce or the browns tee chicken.

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since 2015 . It’s a great place to quickly address body and facial needs. I just recently had a facial at the midtown west location with RasShahn. In the 60 min I was with her, Not only did she educate me on my skin and future regimen that is very much needed, but she had my face GLOWING. I totally recommend her as well as the Jan Marini products she used. Both Amazing!

Had a deep tissue massage today from Jodi. Hands down one of the best massages Ive ever had. No exaggeration. Id recommend her to anyone. The facility is also very clean and the staff friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Nice place but the massage was not good.My therapist was very abrupt, and it made me feel like he’s doing everything very quickly to finish. Even though the massage itself was 50 minutes, it felt much less and at the end I was already wishing it would end.Also, it seemed like he was afraid to touch my lower back, and he massaged me only to my waist, which was a disappointment because most of my pains were lower back.I don’t know if it was only my therapist, but I won’t go again.

I tried this out because I had an offer of 10% off on a Chase credit card. It is a pretty pricey massage for the quality and time. A 60 minute massage is actually 50 minutes and the cost is twice what you’d pay for a massage at one of the many walk in massage places in NYC (where you’d typically get 60 mins actual hands on). The massage itself was okay, pretty tentative though. And for the abbreviated time a lot of it was spent messing around with the blanket, e.g. uncovering a leg, covering a leg, uncovering an arm, covering an arm. Felt like all in I over paid for a 60 minute massage that was in the end a 40 minute massage.

Be VERY CAREFUL before you sign up for the membership. The policy around cancellation is NOT AT ALL FLEXIBLE. You can’t cancel by calling in or even by talking to the front desk. You have to submit the cancellation in writing and after that, they will still charge you for one more cycle. You have 2 months afterwards to use up your accrued sessions.I tried to call in and expressed my confusion and how I felt I was misled when I signed up. However, they didn’t show any willingness to work with me on my situation.This is one of those things (like a gym membership) that you can’t get out of easily so beware.

Booked last minute and got a good prenatal massage. My massage therapist looks slight but she is mighty. To quote a former celebrity governor, I will be back!

I am so grateful to be working with Tamora who has so much experience and already I can see and feel the benefits.The whole team at the front desk lead by the Manager Rita is great and Monique/ Tony/ Alyssia and Stephanie have kept me informed of appointments/ suggested ideas.In addition, they informed me they accept my HSA or FSA - which is fantastic as you try and recuperate.Lovely clean / relaxing environment and now a part of my fitness plan.I am recommending to numerous friends .......

I would give 0 stars to this place, I have been a member for more than a year and when I cancelled my membership they didnt make it easy, I follow all the necessary steps and they said that they were processing my requested. That was back in JUNE, its September and they keep charging me the monthly membership. This is a waste of time and energy. I regret I enrolled for a membership in this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The place was clean, the employees were very nice, however the worst massage my girlfriend and I BOTH have ever received, so it was more than just one bad therapist as I thought maybe I was just unlucky. I have received many deep tissue massages, however this was by far the most painful massage I have ever received. Horrible techniques as well, not just excessive pressure. I waited until today (1 day later) to see if I was at least loosened up through all that pain, but woke up this morning and now all night have dealt with pains all over my neck and back from the massage. Like I said, nice people but you will literally hurt way worse after going here.

Incompetent and rude front desk staff. Most of the massage team seem great. Sold me a membership and lied about how I can use it. Scheduled me for services with staff that arent trained in the booked services, wasting my time. Managers spoke to me twice about my appalling experience and agreed to compensate me. On receiving the compensation services, front desk / membership staff tried to charge me for them, and were incredibly rude when I disputed the charges. In NYC, you can get a decent massage any number of places without being repeatedly treated like sh!t by the inept admin staff.

Hands down the best massage I HAVE EVER HAD! I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the masseuse as it was a long time ago. But if you’re looking for an unforgettable and relaxing experience; you’re at the right address!

Horrible, horrible customer service. I prepaid for a session and they didn’t let me use it!!! I have an email confirmation with validity till July 2nd. The guy started yelling over the phone and threatening with police- I swear I am not making it up... I wouldn’t leave my dog there. It’s better to go and get a massage by hungry wolves then deal with this. If they make the customers that stressed before the massage, imagine what happens inside on the bed

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, had great service the 3 times I went there. Unfortunately, I booked 2 different massages and a facial, so 3 hours of service total. I arrived to the location and after receiving my first massage I was told that I only have a facial left. Not what I was expecting since I cleared my schedule to accommodate 3 hours of well-deserved pamper time. Regardless of that situation, ai decided to go ahead a book a facial and massage today, to find out that due to the customer service review I submitted in October that the owner decided that I need to be banned from using this location. I spoke to the manager on site and stated that due to a note left by the owner that Im not welcome to her location for apoointments. So its easier to banned a customer after the mistake was made by the staff when booking? So sad a great location, with great services is owned by personnel with lack of customer service and business ethics. All because of a survey that was sent to me by the location after services I scheduled were not provided. Surveys are meant to analyze the sustainments and improvements of a business not to banned customers from your location.
