Like other reviews have stated. Its been over a year and have received only 50 dollars back from my nearly $1600.00 flight ticket. Conveniently for them, they make it nearly impossible to speak with a customer service representative and get this sorted and fixed. The customer service line asks for your booking number. Since my flight has past, the booking number I have doesnt exist anymore and I get a courtesy disconnect. They are legit crooks with no shame.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is a cheat.I booked a business-class ticket from NYC to Asia for travel in Aug 2020. The destination country suspended all flights due to covid-19 until Oct 2020, and therefore the airlines refunded the entire amount to my travel agent (ie, to Kiwi). But Kiwi is yet to refund the money to me. Its been about 8 months. All attempts to contact them are met with a terminate phone-call, and their website offers no way to talk to anyone to get a refund. Basically I lost several thousand dollars. Stay away!!!
