I’ve never in my life wrote a bad review because I understand what that may do … today was the last day I would ever go back ! Extremely disappointed in the service they wouldn’t let a older women with color use the bathroom but let another women of different color use it right in her face ! I normally don’t feel respected when I go but I do like the work.. but for the owner to not only not give me what I asked she keeps leaving to go to outside and is constantly hurting my hand to rush … just to let another employee finish, extremely inappropriate. On top of that u have to hear the poor lady complain about that bathroom situation no one did anything .. it’s sad she also said that’s her last time coming there and apologized since she likes how they do nails but no one apologized to her smhhhhh

Very clean, fast paced but nice quality work. Very attentive! The prices are reasonable and affordable. I love the way my nails turned out. I also noticed the certifications on their wall for display. They are official 👍🏿

It was my first time here I really enjoyed it I got a gel spa pedicure it was very relaxing, she did a 10 minute massage on my feet and it was amazing not rushed at all. I got Ashley as the person who did my service she is so sweet and nice I definitely recommend her !

This has to be the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. everything was so sloppy and unprofessional. they gave me something completely different from what i asked for and they charged me $70 for the ugly nails they gave me . even when i told them what i wanted she continued to do whatever she pleased. Do not waste your time and money going here . Definitely not worth it .

Nails city really deserves more better rates. i’ve always went here and i’m never disappointed, the woman who leads the team is amazing at shaping acrylic ! and the man who paints the nails, amazing job for a man 🤩 !

Friendly and affordable

My nails came out so horrible! It was like the nail technician was in a rush to complete the set. The acrylic application was not smooth and the polish chipped within a few hours. I had to take the nails off the next day.

Just moved to the area and based on the recent reviews, this place wasnt my first choice. Wanted to try Exotic Nails down the street but I was in a rush and had already waited at the other location for 20+ min just to open so when I seen the workers walking into this nail shop I followed in. I asked if they could do a simple ombré nail and showed them a pic which they said no, that didnt turn me off, but I was a bit shocked since I imagined it was pretty simple. I may be mistaken. Just went ahead with a regular acrylic fill in and gel coat... for whatever reason acrylic fill in is $14 but gel polish is an extra $20???? Yea alright. That was my first issue. The lady who did my nails barely spoke to me at all as I tried to make friendly conversation, and seemed to be getting an attitude with her coworkers from what I could decipher from her body language and tone. I asked for the color in OPI because out of all the years Ive gotten my nails done, OPI has failed me on rare occasion but she said to use KSM which is one Ive never heard of, however I took her advice against my judgement. 2 days later, waste of money on gel, chipped worse than regular polish, and all with a lack luster environment. Ill be looking elsewhere for my nails from now on... I gave it a chance but it didnt work for me.

So this place is a gamble. 5 out of 6 times I will go in and get a pretty decent gel manicure (hello 20 bucks). However every once in awhile, I will go and they will be lifting after a couple days. You always have to watch the shape they are making your nail, they really like the square your nail even if you have a rounded shape and they NEVER ask. It seems to be the same gamble when I pay 40 for my nails elsewhere. To save 20 bucks...Ill risk it. How frequently their massage chairs are broken will never cease to sadden me though. Nice people. Id give it a test if I were you.Edit: They have started to thin out their gel polish too much. Took an extra coat to get the proper coverage this last time and they started to lift after a few days. Shame. The polish isnt that pricey that they cant afford to replace it every once in awhile.

The worst nail salon I have EVER been to. The technicians are rude and do not care about quality of work. I had my nails on for a week before the acrylic began to crack and the gel began to peel. Do not go here if you are looking for a manicure to last, or even for a relaxing day. Not only were they rude but they misunderstood me and gave me the wrong color, I pointed it out and the lady continued pretending she could not hear me, I then pointed it out again. She only then acknowledged me with anger and nearly threw the gel color samples at me. NEVER GOING BACK, and you shouldnt either.

Three different people did my nails. Both hands look so different because of that. Also they forgot to file two of my nails. Usually, they are great, but it was not good today. I will probably go back again, but its not my top nail salon.

Definitely a horrible experience. One of the pedicure tech misunderstood my question and I ended up paying for services that were barely rendered. She forgot to do the mud masque, which I paid for in the fake $25 promotion they offer. Don’t even bother getting a foot massage-you’re better off paying a child to tickle your feet. And it was obvious the nail tech (1st chair when you walk in) was in a rush due to the holiday wknd. My nails are uneven, some are slanted and the acrylic on a few was not evened out. I asked her several times to fix certain nails until I got tired of it. My cuticles still looks like my nails needs to be done, guess Ill be cutting them myself. First and definitely the last.

Charged me 2 take off gel. Honestly I find it best if the young man does you, he takes his time n treats u as he wants 2 c your feet soft n nice.Sometimes certain lady rushes n i never want her Id rather wait.

First time, store is small and dirty. Gel polishes were all over the place and dusty, yuck! Mine was watered down and my tech needed more training on how to apply acrylic. First seat on right...Was a filing fanatic but older and sweet but no excuses for $30. My nails looked horrible. Wont be returning...

Let me just start off with this. I have been to multiple nail salons and have given great reviews, never had a bad experience, so I can honestly say I have never been more displeased with a place such as this. First of all, when I walked in to the nail salon, I felt very unwelcomed. The didnt ask me what I came in for. I had to ask. Secondly, the place was extremely hot. There was an elderly lady next to me who was complaining about the heat and they totally ignored her.When I got to the nail booth, the nail stylist was rushing. She kept looking at other customers and was not paying attention to what she was doing to my nails! I asked if she was rushing and she gave me attitude. I ignored it. Then as she continued, she started to cut my nails the wrong way. I asked for pointy nails and she attempted to do coffin. When I asked her to stop, she grabbed my hand and continued doing a bad job. She then said she has to charge me to take the acrylics off...I recommend anyone to not go here. Exotic Nails is the block over and they do a mighty fine job. Go there instead. Please!!!

The lady there did a terrible job, first off, she put a tremendous amount of acrylic and it was super thick. When I approached her about it she told me she will file them. Then the acrylics were burning my nails. Also while she was drilling my nails to make them “thinner” she drilled too much it got to the point where it was burning my nails too. Also, she was charging me $5 for everything. Best believe I won’t be going back there

Because of cheap prices, I do not expect more, but today the service was the worst. I sat down to air my nails and toe nails and not even two minutes have passed and one stupid worker touched my nails and told me they were ready. She messed up my manicure. I stood up and left the salon. They did not get a tip from me. I usually tip them 10 dollars. They are going to miss me.

Worst New Rochelle salon ever. A guy did my pedicure, and did a sloppy job. They were very busy and rushing. I could of done a better job. And because someone else had to come over and re-do my feet. And I gave the young woman a $5.00 tip and him no tip . He flipped out. They were trying to calm him down in the shop. I asked him did he want me to call the police for him. For him? The manager, could not manage her employee. He storm out the salon. A client spoke to me before, I left the salon and told me to be careful. She had saw the guy after he stormed out of the salon, go to a garbage bin and pull a old umbrella out and begin pulling the metal piecing off. Leaving the rod. What did he have on his mind? Subsequently, this young man accosted me two blocks from the salon, about 20 minutes later while I was shopping. A 911 call to the police and me informing him I was doing so, was the only thing that stop him from doing more ( in my opinion) and HIM LEAVING. I won the ever go there again and wont let my family or friends go. Yes, police were called . And of course, who you looking for. Whats his name? He not here. But are willing to take your money. The girl deserved the Tip, he did Not!!!!

My gel always lasts really long here and prices are cheap

Its cheaper than other places. 14 dollars for a pedicure. 6 dollars for a manicure. The manicure felt a little lazy though. She less gave me a hand massage, more held my hand.

Went for the 15 dollar pedicure Mon-wed. The best pedicure I have ever had . They rubbed my feet so good I melted Like butter I was so relaxed after .

Its a pretty small nail salon, but pretty inexpensive and they do acrylic nails for 20-30 and manicures for only 4

They went down the drain since reopening. They sometimes make you make appointments only to wait 2 hours. Oh & forget about complaining because they get annoyed with you & purposely hurt you. They rush & even stop mid work to go do walk in’s eyebrows just making you be there for over 3 hours 😑

Im Givin one StarBecause Is always a problem when u do appointments they never follow it, always tell the people u gotta wait in the middle of manicure or filling to do other people,leaving you half way. This place aint professional at all, is always a extra charge for even breathing which I found ridiculous! They charge u extra to do gel pedicure but not only that,when u go back to the next pedicure they wanna charge you doble again to take it off THATS RIDICULOUS!! Dont get Me Wrong they do nice Nails But The Back and forward From Customer to customer Aint For Me!! 👌
