The shop is clean, bright and very accommodating with the changes theyve made for COVID-19. My nail tech is Paula. Ive been going to get for 2-3 years now. Shes very precise, and takes suggestions with no problems. Her work is absolutely wonderful!! 💖 I got coffin-shaped nails & mood gel today with sparkles and hearts for Valentines Day. Love her work!

Always good and if I have any issues they always fix or make it better. Thank you the most to VI, HELEN, JOJO for my hands and for my feet rosey and the whole crew they take care of ne to the max I cant remember all their names however they are all truly awesome and very attentive to your needs and to how you want your pedicure done. Way over priced!! I will never return. The place is poorly manged. Service was poor, over priced and not good. It was double the price and all the work was rushed, my nails were poorly done with poor technique and not stright. I payed extra for spa pedicure and it was rushed, my fill in was very poorly done and I had to file my own nails to straighten it. Both hands are uneven and nails are not the same. I do not recommend and I will never return.

I am so unbelievably picky with my nails but I found this place almost a 2 years ago and I only go here. It is my favorite place to get tips and they never disappoint. They are amazing and so friendly. Love this place

While they do a good job with nails, they are so unprofessional, and extremely disorganized and do not even care to communicate or apologize. They ask you to make an appointment, they don’t stick to appointments, they take whomever comes in and don’t care to even apologize,. The place has no adequate ventilation to extract the heavy smell of chemicals, if you are asthmatic or have any respiratory issues, please stay away. They clearly have no respect or regard for customers.

Ive been going to Natural nails for almost 20 years. Their service is phenomenal. Ive always made an appointment, which I believe is very important if you want stellar service. Im never in there longer than anticipated and it is very clean. The set-up in dealing with Covid is ingenious.

I love the way Lynda does my nails & toes.Been going there for years but even when you make an appointment you still have to wait past your scheduled time I don’t like that at all👎I been told that Lynda isn’t working there anymore & I don’t know if I will be returning back Lynda was the best.

I love how they do nails but their appointment system is horrible. Every time I make an appointment I have to wait 30-40 minutes after my appointment time.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. My husband took me here on a Sunday morning because he likes their manicures. I got an acrylic fill in which despite the tech being really slow came out really well. Another tech who I really liked took me for my pedicure and it was THE best pedicure I ever got. They coated my calves in a mask and wrapped them in Saran Wrap. Then I got a pedicure with a massage and when they rinsed that mask off my calves my legs felt soooo soft. And then I had a leg massage that felt amazing on my tight muscles from a stressful week. The same tech polished my nails which I left bare to start my pedicure. I can see myself going back. They get busy very fast so I’d recommend getting there before they open and patiently waiting outside like we did.

Best place in Westchester County. Linda is the best nail designer. Very clean hardly no waiting time. Definitely recommend this nail salon. Love them all. Ive been going there for over 15 years.

This place is great! Went there on my lunch break and didnt have to wait to be seen. It is a multicultural staff so it was not awkward, everyone spoke perfect English. Their prices are nicely competitive and considering there are 3 other salons in walking distance from my job, that is saying something. The staff is friendly and efficient. Great experience, this is where I will go from now on.

Very good service but they when up on price.

It’s a hit or miss here. They are always in a hurry just to take the next client. And get prepared to wait up to an hour even with an appointment. I recently went with a guy don’t really want to mention his name but I clearly stated I had a budget of $40 because they tend to be overly priced. He did an okay job but then charged me $55! He mentioned that I got the little stones (10 stones on two fingers) so I guess that was $15 more. That’s ridiculous! I was highly upset and will be my last time going back here.

Its an nice place to go to, but the wait is long. My biggest disappointment with the salon is that their nail polish chips off easily and fast on natural nails (not on tips).

I wish I could do 0 stars...extremely rude owners..some of the staff are nice maybe 1 out of the whole place...they literally think they are the only option in all of NY. If they dont like you they will skip over you and claim the other person had an appointment but if you tell them you have an appointment they wont honor it. Very unprofessional and I could honestly say I think the are racist; dont know how you could be racist when you are a minority yourself but okay.I would rather remove my fingers then ever give them my money ever again.

I took my wife to Edith for a manicure & pedicure. Her facility had an obscene odor like the trash was not removed from the premises for days. She also had unhygienic practices as I watched her use the same tools on multiple customers without sanitizing the utensils. As a result my wifes nails became infected. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that folks refrain from patronizing this establishment until her practices improve.

Ive been going here on and off for a while now, but Im definitely not coming back. The last time I was here my nail lady didnt properly soak off my acrylics and my nails are STILL suffering from that. And because of that she tore my thumb nail and i ended up bleeding and being in pain for a good week.Super disappointed in this place, and they will NEVER be touching my hands again...

(Update) Ive gone back a few times since last yr & I am still very happy w/my nails. Paula is amazing! I like well maintained Natural Looking Acrylic/Gel Nails & she nails IT everytime no matter the shape! Developed onycholysis after using their gel polishes on my toes as well as a nasty fungus. Their sns powder is fake and cracks very very quickly given the expensive price. They apply nails crookedly and do not pay attention to detail.

JoJo is the best..there is no other way to explain it. She took her time with my nails and gave me exactly what I asked for, as always. She always fits my mom and myself in to help accommodate my moms work schedule. My mom is very particular about doing her nails and has been doing them for over 30+ years. & I am such a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. JoJo gets it done every time. Visiting on vacation and decided to get my nails done from just walking around. Came here and Danny did my nails very friendly guy, conversational and funny! I came in wanting to do Gel Arylic and walked out with Ombré powder nails so IN LOVE😍 thanks Danny!

I called to see if they do SNS powder to nails and they said yes. Turns out when I got there they lied and it was really just colored acrylic not the real SNS powder. So I ended up getting regular acrylic wrap with a gel polish on top which is $38. I wanted the rainbow shimmer that looks holographic unicorn like and she said it was $50. I said ok no problem and the nail tech with attitude problem proceded to show me other options meanwhile I already chose it. Ends up doing a sloppy job and left sticky glue/polish all over my nails. And the best part it already started to chip 2 days later! I will never go back here again!!!!

This nail salon sucks ever since they remodeled they have gotten very conceded they do have lots of colors but the nails are put on very poorly they do not use enough glue so youre nails dont even last two weeks they only take cash and that is all they care about is taking your money not the place to go if you want your money worth!!!!!!
