Excellent service. Very sanitary. I made an appointment and was seen right away. Very pleased with my manicure. I dont know what sorcery the nail tech used but each layer dried super fast!! Manicure is still going strong after a week. Was also happy with my eye brow shaping.

Pedicures last a long time. Spa pedicures are relaxing with nice massage. Have had both tegular manicures and now a gel manicure done and they did a great job. They matched a photo i brought in for my fingernails with the colors i wanted. Will continue to come here!

I did an appointment with a particular master. I was referred to another master and was not told the reason. The master was without experience. She tugged at my arms and my legs, as in a circus with some cruelty. If I want to have a manicure done by a particular master, then you must respect my desire.I have different nail shapes and foreign inclusions. The worst one in my life.

One of the cleanest place to get your nails done

This was by far the best pedicure I have received in my life! I got the green tea spa pedicure and it included a mask on my legs, callus removal, 20min massage, hot stones, and of course the nail painting. It is a little pricier than a normal pedicure, but wow was it worth it! My feet feel like a baby’s butt haha. I am someone who gets ticklish on my feet and they were very understanding and efficient at getting it done as fast as possible. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be returning!

Such a great place for powder dip and pedicures! Maria did a great job with my pedicure with a great massage. The manager Jackie was so kind and my nail lady Bella was very attentive. Definitely recommend this place!

Great pedi, the staff is really nice.

My first time visiting this place. Upon arrival greeting and acknowledgement of customer was done well. HOWEVER a nail technician by the name of Gloria I believe, did my pedicure.... let’s just say I’m thankful that place seems clean, because this would EASILY turn into an infection. I complained to Gloria several times that she was being very rough and it seemed like she heard me but didn’t listen. I complained to the other technician as well as who seemed to be the manager, nothing was done. I took it upon myself and put neosporin on it. I will NEVER return here again. Save yourself the money and the possible headache.

Very nice people, clean and WiFi access. More comfortable chairs, timeliness and better perks for regular customers would improve my rating. Kudos to Gloria who does an excellent job!

They are sanitary, friendly..spacious and comfortable when you are waiting. They have all the trendy colors and specialty polishes in regular and gel.A girl who worked with my hands ALOT. I’d read so many great reviews on cara nail salon. I did a single gel color. A girl was so amazing and sweet, her work is very clean and precise and I love my nails. She made my brittle, short and honestly ugly nails look so nice! I’d recommend this nail salon and anyone in this salon, great quality products and great service!

I love this nail Salon! Initially I found them much pricier then your neighborhood salons but, they are efficient! Friendly! Professional and Always make me feel Special and catered to...thats what a spa is suppose to do! The staff are happy and smiling- on time with appointments and the place itself is clean and not rushed, very tranquil. I get my eyelashes done here and they do a very natural and great job with them, Im always complemented on the natural way they look😉💕

Rude and I will not be returning

I was a bit nervous as I saw the previous remarks as well as stars given to this salon.I came in for a 9:30 am appt with little to no people visible ahead of me and was greeted by a very cheerful staff. I asked for the SNS powder and it was done perfectly!!!!I then received a massage that was to die for and was on my way. The next time I will get a pedicure. Baby steps😊. Sometimes people just have to check out places for themselves rather than go or not go based on another persons experiences. I look forward to going back.

Clean spacious nail salon. Reasonable prices, however, you do pay an additional 5 dollars for certain brand nail polishes.

Really disappointed with these guys and I WILL NOT be going back. While Ive only been a customer for a few months, I experienced some really poor customer service today. The nail polish I happened to choose was very gloppy and thick. Wasnt going on smooth at all. I mentioned it to the technician, but she ignored it saying it would get better with the second coat. Long story short, the manicure was a mess and when I showed the boss lady, she told me the polish wasnt old (it doesnt take a rocket scientist to decipher good vs bad polish) and the only thing she offered was another coat of polish. Yeah, thats the last thing I wanted!Im in retail management and this is NOT how you treat your customers, Cara Nails!!! Do the math next time...could have been a $10 loss today but multiply that by 52 weeks a year due to a lost customer...not including pedicures.
