The best place to get your phone fixed! I called at 6pm to ask if they could fix my phone and it was ready by 7pm. It works even better than when I first bought it. It was also cheaper than all the other places I called and with an amazing customer service!

They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful with all the tech I’ve brought (a couple phones and a couple laptops). Their prices have never been beaten and I used to check every time! Love this place and love the people that run it!

My wife managed to get something stuck in the charging port of her iPhone and after we removed it the phone would not charge. Who has time to go to the Apple store just so they can say that the fix requires the phone to be mailed away. Fast forward to after work the next day and my wife brought the phone into Natasha who replaced the charging port and swapped in a new battery for hardly more $ than Apple charges for the battery alone. It feels brand new but is 4 years old. Thank you, youre a life saver! 5 stars.

Took my iPhone in because a crack in the screen had started to fall apart and it was getting sharp. Walked in without appointment and was told it would take about 30 minutes. When I came back a half hour later, the employee in the store had not only repaired my screen, but had also installed a new home button for me free of charge, since he said hed noticed it hadnt been working well (which was true, Id been using the Assistive Touch feature)! Great customer service, and true to their word on timing.

Great place, amazing owners. My iPhone XS had an error screens me Apple said there was nothing they could do, thati had to buy a new phone. I took it to this place and they fixed it for only $70. Next I had a screen issue and they gave me a discount because they had already fixed my phone before. Highly recommend them

Very disappointed in this store. My playstation stopped working I was playing and the video went out. It says no video display. I dropped my playstation in on a Wednesday when they first opened the store at 12pm. I worked the night shift and got off at 8am, I only slept 3 hours to get into this store early hopeful they could repair my playstation. They estimated 2 days to repair over the phone. I totally understand. Two days go by, its the end of Thursday I actually dont expect my playstation to be ready. I called and they said they havent even touched it they need more time. I understand, I give them more time.It is Saturday now. It has been 4 days in the shop my playstation. Meanwhile Im living in a hotel with ABSOLUTELY nothing to do during this quarantine. I would like my playstation for games and netflix. So on Saturday, on the 4th day, THEY HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY PLAYSTATION. Its been there four days and they havent even looked at it, they have no idea what is wrong and what could be wrong with it. This whole time there was no communication to me, I have to call the store and ask each time. So by the end of the 4th day, I come to the store and pick it up. The people here are clueless at this store. Also, they were rude to me over the phone and gave attitude. The one thing was they were actually nicer in person, but the fact that my playstation went untouched here I think is unacceptable. If even a little effort was made I would not be writing this post.So now I called around and I believe there are no other stores to fix my playstation. With my pride I rather have a broken playstation than pay this store anything to fix it. In life Ill always choose the small guys over the big guys. But sometimes life fails you, and the small guys here have failed me. So I will be going to target or amazon and buying a new playstation.

Unfortunately because of my clumsiness broke my screen again after only 3 weeks. Lucas was awesome. He wasnt sure he could fix my phone, and at first said it would have to wait till after the long weekend. But after a short conversation, he took a look at it, saw it might be a connection issue, and fixed it on the spot. $65 for the repair, and he only charges if he fixes it. He was a savior!

I am the guy of the Google pixel 3 XL haha, I just wanted to thank Natasha and his friend for helping me with my problem, they mostly keep Samsung and apple parts, but they ordered my screen and it arrived in a couple days, I went there and just waited 30 minutes for the repair, I had fun with the friendly dog, and the place is really nice, and they have a little bit of everything, very professionals.

The customer service here was outstanding. They were fast, attentive, and happy to help me fix my broken phone. Should anything go wrong in the future I will be coming back here.

Amazing experience. I needed my screen film replaced and it was done immediately and I listened to some good music while it was being done. I also like Zolla, their k9 mascot. Highly recommended for anyone thats willing to buy any kind of phone, electronics, covers, screen, etc.

Came in on a late evening with my screen hanging off ! After having a very frustrating day Lucas fixed my screen on the spot and although I had some doubts he reassured me that the screen would look great ! Ive been here twice, unfortunately for cracked screens. One was an iPad that I needed for a presentation the next day and most recently was for an iPhone that was dropped. Both times, I experienced excellent service and they were very accomodating. The price was also very reasonable, so that helped soften the sting of the broken screens. I highly recommend them for screen repairs. Although I didnt purchase an accessories, they seem to have a good selection for that as well.

Its super fast to fix but the quality wasn’t there. They replaced my screen with PLASTIC & it fell out 3 hours later. Waste of money.I’m responding to the owners response, they made me sign a contract saying no refunds and no re fix. The screen was plastic and it fell out. I don’t need it anymore. But thanks.

I recently came back from a vacation with salt water damage to my Iphone 7SE and was afraid it was toast. Bad bad bad experience sometimes trying save a dollar ($140 aint to cheap either) and some time.. its gonna turn out be more expensive and wasting more time.. Stick with Apple Stores with the real profesionales.. I had plenty of broken screens and phones and always fix with Apple never had a problem.. Took once a phone that has been drop once n with the camera working, it turn out once they grab it The camera didnt work not one camera both front and back.. u guys figure the one out... and if you willing to risk it. Make sure u check ur cell phone with the tech completely speaker mic cameras. To make sure you have the same surprise when you come back to pick up.. n you dont have the same problem we had..

The costs are super high, they dont work well, I brought my cell with the screen broken, they changed for a charge of $ 200 but it work well by only 2 months. Then I came back to the place to explain the problem, the guy told me to check it by no cost, but it wasnt true they charged me another $ 40 and my cell still not working. They made me so upset and super stressful. The guy was super arrogant. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone and honestly I will never come back👎👎😬 -------------------------------- ------------------------------------------ They do not work well and prices are super ALTOS, I took my cell phone with the broken screen, I was commissioned $ 200 to change it but it worked well for only 2 months then I returned to the place once again explain the problem to the guy, he told me to check it out at no cost. But in the end I was charging $ 40 more. It made me extremely angry because to top it off my cell phone still doesnt work. I had to buy a new one and the guy seeing me upset about his injustice was very arrogant with me. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone and I will honestly never return to that place. I fix 4u because that happened 2 weeks ago and Im still super stressed.
