A bit on the pricey side but they are the officially authorized Samsung repair store. They use samsung replacement parts. The back glass cover on my phone cracked. They repaired in a few hours. Replacement looks good.

Great service, Mart who is new was very helpful, offered me some promotion, explained to me the benefits and got my phone ready within the timeframe we had agreed to.

The absolute worst location in the country.Westin & Alex are liars and extortionist. DESTROYED my screen protector packing and protective coating then proceeded to tell me my particular screen protector wasnt gonna protect my phone in an attempt to force me to buy a more expensive one from them. Told me I had a 3 hour wait time after I called prior to traveling to the location and Westin having inviting me to the store after my phone screen arrived in the mail.Of course everyone who arrived after me had their phone fixed outside of 1 hour 15 minutes.Before processing my phone in Westin decided to attempt to charge me over $300.00 to repair the screen when he obviously knew I had Assurion coverage because Assurion set the appointment up for me!Luckily Assurion covered the cost of a new screen protector..Stay away from this location..it is the absoluteworst and make sure before turning your phone over to them that all costs are clear!!

As a new customer, I admit that I am very satisfied with the service provided. The cost of repair is affordable and there is even opportunities to save on repairs. I love how insurance is offered that will cover my entire home. Autoro and the gang provided A1 service.What started as a headache ended up being a blessing because it lead me to uBreakiFix. This place was absolutely awesome!! Tasha was the best association Ive dealt with!! She made sure that got everything i needed and that I was completely happy when I left the store! Tasha worked on my phone for over an hour after closing to be sure it was working properly. She was very courteous and professional. Most would have given up but she went above and beyond to ensure it was working properly. Tasha provided with a great experience.

I replaced my cracked google pixel 5 glass there. One star off for them to forget to remove a film from a front camera (inside the glass), so I had to go back for this, but they fixed it within 20-30 minutes. Overall it was a good experience. Original parts by Google

My 16 year old son brought his MAC in for screen repair. Paid $487 and picked up computer. After pick up once he brought the lap top home he noticed the back hinge wasnt functioning properly and the computer made a strong clicking noise when opening and closing the screen. We had him call right away and they told him to bring it back. After a week, he called to check the status and was told that they didnt cause that damage and couldnt fix it. I then called them and read them the original receipt that they gave when the computer was brought in for the screen repair which noted the condition of the computer as Very good. No physical damage. Little to no wear and tear. Alex the store manager would take no responsibility whatsoever, having no answer as to why the initial work order clearly stated the lap top was in perfect condition besides the screen needing replacement which is what we paid for. . I am now disputing the charges with my credit card and will never use this place again.

My iPhone had the front camera damaged, when I took it to the store they told me that if they could fix it in a maximum of 4 days, I needed to leave a deposit to buy the camera, the 4 days passed and they never called me, I went to the store to the 7 days and they told me that the camera still did not arrive, I allowed 7 more days to pass and I went to the store, so they finally told me that to fix the camera I also had to change the cell phone screen, my iPhone is not damaged at all. screen, I asked for my deposit and I went to another store,,, they just waste my time😡😡

I had an issue with my daughter’s iPad for remote learning and the team at uBreakiFix went out of their way to take care of me. Tasha was extremely professional and fun to work with when she got me all checked in, Weston fixed the screen in a timely fashion and Alex, the Mgr, helped me when I had an issue after the fact. Although something else ended up happening with the iPad... this uBreakiFix location will always be my go to spot for all of my repair needs and I will recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat!

The end of a charging cord broke off and was stuck in my iPad. The technician at uBreakiFix was able to remove it quickly and didnt charge for this service. Very grateful!

The screen on my Samsung 9+ went dark. I phoned a Samsung tech but still couldnt fix it. It was suggested I go to UbreakIfix, a Samsung authorized dealer. Arturoio was extremely friendly. He took the phone to his manager. Within minutes the screen was on and still is. I highly recommend this shop.

Terrible customer service. I made two appointments on Monday for Saturday. One to replace the battery in an iPhone 6s and the other for a Samsung Galaxy S8.When I finally got to the counter (a 15 minute wait), I provided my name. They could only find 1 of the 2 appointments. I showed the person my two email confirms but that did not help. I said no worries as long as you can fix my phones. He then says he can not fix the Samsung, the machine has been broken for weeks!How could they allow for appointments if they can repair the device? Totally unacceptable.

The whole process was smooth and fast. A quick, inexpensive fix same day!

Very bad experience, they wasnt able to fix my Samsung note 10 plus. Also I took my charging box and cable I left it with the phone and when I went back to the store to pick up my phone and charger they gave me back my charging box not working properly. This places is a toy fixing store not for cellphones...they dont know what they doing. I took my phone to another place and they fix it in 3 hours.

Called them and made an appointment between 12 and 3 on to replace a Samsung Note 8 battery. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that I would have to wait one or two hours and I would get the phone back the same day. When I got there, to drop off the phone during my appointment time, I was told that I have to leave it overnight. I explained to them that that was not what I was told on the phone and it was very difficult for me to come from Queens back to New Rochelle to get the phone the next day. They refused to honor what they promised me on the phone and I took my phone and left the store. It was a horrible experience! I cannot recommend the store to anybody.

Couldnt be any more pleased with the service. Needed the battery for my iPhone 7 replaced and I saw this was a highly reputable place (via google) to go to. So I sent them a message to inquire about pricing and appointments, and owner Bobby responded very promptly and answered all my questions. After finally brining my phone in, the battery was changed within 10 minutes. Phone is good to go and battery lasts nearly all day. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!!

I went into repair my camera. They said that they cant repair my camera without fixing my screen too because I had a few pixels missing in the bottom corner. They said they would need replace the screen even if i didnt didt the screen to be repaired. They said it would cost over 400 to just fix both even if only wanted one. Why force the customer to repair their phone for such a miniscule problem especially when they dont want too?

Took my note 8 in yesterday for a cracked screen repair. Feels like I have a brand new phone. The repair was quick i went and did my grocery shopping phone was ready in about 2 hours. Price was fair compared to what I was quoted from my local cell phone repair store. Thanks for the repair phone looks flawless just like the day I took it out the box.

UBreakiFix is true to its name! I had water damage to my iPhone. Initially I brought it to Apple where they ran a diagnostic test and confirmed that iOS was still running. At that point, I assumed it was just a short in the screen, but Apple wouldnt repair it. They were only pushing a new phone on me. I then brought my phone into uBreakiFix where they not only replaced my screen, but also put in a dehydrator, AND cleaned out any corrosion that had occurred. Plus, they did it for half the price that Apple was trying to initially charge me for a repair they never ended up doing. Besides the fact that they did all this for me, the customer service experience was incredibly transparent and polite. Steve took apart the phone right in front of me and explained everything to me. I am more than happy with the service I received and from now on will be bringing any repair needed back to uBreakiFix rather than Apple.

Old computer bit the dust but they were able to confirm hard drive was intact and converted it to a standalone drive so I can access our documents. In/out in under an hour. The New Rochelle location has fixed several broken cellphone screens as well as some software issues with my kids laptop computers. One of the best service I have ever experienced was from this store ( you break it i fix it) . Im a manager in the service line myself and when I trained my staff, I would always use examples from my experience here.From the moment me and my wife stepped in, we were greeting by professional staff who soon enough, all remembered our name. i had a Samung 5 with the LCD Destroyed and sure enough i was told it would be an easy fix that i had nothing to worry about. sure enough i came back that day to a new phone. i highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I went in to fix my cracked screen and the repair cost $100 but was completed within 2 hours. Only negative thing about that visit was that they forgot to put the screws in at the bottom of the phone. I also realized that my phones screen doesnt respond most of the time so I cant do anything.

Does not give you an authentic Apple screen, when my phone was repaired and I got my phone back my screen wasn’t bright like the orginal my authentic Apple screen that first came on my phone & the water resistant glue wasn’t properly place on phone, it is visible. & the way I know the screen is a after market screen is because I went to Apple myself and the technician told me.
