We arrived at this location to purchase a car. The associate there took us on as customers, but didnt seem to want to make the sale. He would constantly leave us in the hot sun to hold long conversations with other people (not business related. I understood most of what was said due to my fluency in French and Spanish.)So, the constant leaving us coupled with the lack of inventory and the fact that he didnt seem to really want to make an effort to make the sale made us leave the last time he left us for 35+ minutes to get the keys for a test drive, but when we finally spotted him after waiting for what seemed like an eternity, we saw him chatting up the same buddies he was talking to before. We decided it wasnt going to be a place worth our business if they didnt want to try and left. He didnt even notice when we drove by him to leave.We went to the Toyota in Long island, they had many vehicles and their sales associates actually showed us vehicles and told us the features. I drove out of the store with a 2021 nearly new vehicle.I kind of feel like the other guy in New Rochelle didnt think we would buy based on the color of our skin. Both my moms and my credit are over 800, and we were well dressed. It stinks to be overlooked because someone doesnt think we will buy. Make an effort. Show us vehicles. Dont leave your customers standing in the sun waiting for more time than you are actually with the customer. Combined, I think he spent 10 minutes actually with us and showing us vehicles. One in the showroom which he didnt even offer to let us test drive though we were interested in getting that vehicle since they didnt have what we were there for initially, and the older version of it which he said would be similar. We were looking for the fully loaded version, not the standard one. The time that we were there alone waiting around for him was over an hour (nearly 2) and it was mostly us waiting around while he chatted with someone else. Im actually really happy he put us off the place. Had he not, we would have ended up settling for a vehicle we didnt fully love and buying from someone who would probably just look down on us. This place will be on my list of places to avoid.
Would never go back there. !!!!The 4 hour wait for just an oil change even though I had an appointment was bad enough and Im a very patient person, but when I got into my car I noticed someone mustve went into my glasses compartment, broke my new sun glasses, and put it back as is???!!! They didnt even try to fix it which I was able to do and was just glad to leave there. The next day I get a text from the service manager asking about my experience to which I explained and I never got a response or an apology?! Which to me made it even worse. I never make a review but I had to find my way back on here to do so because I believed they were great but I rather pay my mechanic who I trust than go back there cause all these high review are decieving

I would never go this dealer. The guy in the parts is awful.
I changed the oil twice in their shop.The first time it was overfilled and had to remove the excess. I assumed it was an oversight.The second time I told them to not overfill. I have a Rav4 Hybrid which is more prone to get oil in air intake manifold if there is too much oil in the engine.Still it was overfilled and I had to remove the excess oil myself once more.Hopefully they did replace the filter...On their web they also allow to book for a complementary NY inspection for which they wanted me to pay USD 37. I declined.They also push for unnecessary expenses like like a 60k mile scheduled maintenance when my car has only 55k miles and the maintenance manual says only an oil change is needed.Parts department is no better. They did not have some clips and they do not sell wiper rubber inserts, only more expensive whole unit.Needless to say I will not be going back no matter what coupon or other special they have.I went to another dealer and got the parts I needed.Hard to have confidence in what they generally do then. One star would be too harsh but definitely not worth three stars given the price.

The service center only does appointments (unless its an emergency) which IMO leads to quicker service. In and out in an hour (when typically I would expect it to be 2+ hours). Friendly, courteous staff at the counter. Decent waiting area but you wont be there long so you dont need luxe conditions.

Every time I go there I have a bad experience. To whoever is concerned about this I have images I have been there today and other times, so no I am not making this up. Go in for oil change and had a light bulb replacement. Only did the light bulb not the oil change even the light was on. Today the lady said she was leaving and couldn’t help me but still said my car was maybe having oil change today. Be more professional.

They take long I got a letter for a recall they will replace some hardness but will see... just to replace that part is $140 x that hole and labor is another $400 its to Expensive ridiculous and the also lie by saying you need to change this and that

Service is good, and the employees are extremely nice and courteous. The waiting room is nice and has plenty of seating but can be very crowded in the weekends and service can take a long time. If you have a day off during the week its better to go and do what you need done.
