The pics are of the finished product. I get routine maintenance and repairs here of our 2016 Subaru. Earlier in the week had an oil change and rear brakes worked on. Reasonable pricing (literally 50% less than dealer quoted us).But what stands out the most is the customer service. It’s real. Sincerity that one would want and expect, like the old days! So when I pulled up early Thursday morning unannounced and asked for help with seatbelt retractor (which was stuck and prevented the seat laying flat which was critical for packing!) there was not a hesitation or a bill! A quick look and fix and I was on my way ❤️ thanks guys and gal (Sarah). You are the best!

Excellent place! They fit me in to their busy schedule to fix my AC. They realized there was a leak so he put dye in the line to find it. Two weeks later when the freon was out, they were able to locate the leak and only charged me for the part to repair the leak. Great people! Great service! I will use them for all of my future car repair needs.

Ive been to this shop a few times with different vehicles. My first 2 times was a 2005 Honda accord exl. There was a knocking sound and some steering issues. The owner got into the car and was able to determine the issue in no time at all. They fixed it within a few days as parts had to be ordered. The car ran better than it ever did. I came back with the same car a year later for something minor but they were so thorough they found a few other things more important than what I came for and offered solutions. I knew about them but couldnt afford it at the time. Now they have my 2020 impala Lt with power steering issues and I feel it couldnt be in better hands. Nick is Very knowledgeable, staff is polite and engaging. Im confident my review for the fix of this vehicle will reflect the same excellence theyve been providing, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and any car.

A brief summary:1. I couldnt start my car and called AAA for towing service. As the tow truck driver recommended my car was towed to C&C Automotive Repair Inc. (the local AAA affiliated shop). I was told that the ALTERNATOR and BATTERY needed to be replaced.2. I drove my car two days later. My car was dead in the middle of the road. I called the C&C and they took my car back to their shop. They told me ALTERNATOR was defective and they replaced it with another one without any charge.3. I drove my car again and my car was dead again. C&C took my car back again. My car was kept at the shop for 5 days and there was a lack of communication. Eventually, they told me they replaced the OXYGEN SENSOR and I was charged for it.4. I drove my car again after they fixed it 3 times and my car still had the same issue. I took my car to another mechanic for diagnosis. I was informed that ALTERNATOR C&C put in is not compatible with my car. And the poor charging system killed the BATTERY. And the OXYGEN SENSOR may not need to be replaced.What a nightmare! Hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Reasonable prices and they do great body work.

I had a brake line leak in which the SUV could not be driven. AAA tow came in about hour. I found the owner Nick to be extremely knowledgeable and addressed the issue right away. Highly recommend C&C Auto, they were professional and very reasonable for the repair that was made, Will go back in future if I need repairs

HANDS DOWN - THE BEST!!We had an electrical problem with our Toyota Sequoia - Toyota had our vehicle for a week and could not fix it. Had great experience with C&C. My son put diesel fuel in my Prius by accident and I thought he might have ruined the engine. They drained the fuel, cleaned the systems and had car running perfectly in a few hours at very reasonable cost. They seem very honest and very competent.

Tow Truck Drivers are very dishonest. very unprofessional and disrespectful.they crash my dodge Ram 2500 destroyer the tail gate with a tree loaded in tow truck bed and after a investigation with a AAA inspector friend of them a lady one of the owners came to me and offer me $150 to fix my truck and I told her that she was insulting me with that money and keep that money for her And then left the place with out a solution

Awesome experience here. Have had a check engine light issue for over a year. The two previous mechanics have claimed to fix it and after a day the light always came back on after costly service. For the first time in over 15 months the check engine light has stayed off. This has saved me money and frustration because it was the actual problem and affordable. I highly recommended to anyone who has a persistent evap code.

I got stuck on the Highway in the Bronx during rush hour.I was towed by the AAA and had to find a Mechanic in an area I was completely unfamiliar with. Great place, worth its weight in gold. Id nearly given up trying to find a good and honest mechanic in the NY City area. Well this place is. Well worth the 16 mile drive from NY. They did a great job for me. Pep Boys had failed me on my NY State inspection without explaining why and told me I needed to get my transmission rebuilt immediately. Nick got me through the inspection (he fixed the check engine light that was causing the failure) and told me that while the transmission would probably have to be rebuilt eventually it didnt have to be done immediately. He was friendly and patiently explained everything to me. And he only charged me the price of the inspection. CC has won me as a loyal customer.

Its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who is not trying to drain your pockets... I live in Manhattan but when work is needed, I will travel to them in New Rochelle before even thinking about going to the dealership. No matter how great the expense seems or if part costed on $5, I trust them. Every issue my car had was successful addressed. Also, they are great at recommending you to other mechanics if you need it... (ii window replacements, detailing services, etc.) My sister and I are so grateful that C&C Auto exists.

My brakes started to go when I entered New York, so I pulled off at an exit before the Tappan Zee bridge. Im so glad I ended up here because AAA suggested nearby C&C Automotive Repair. Joe, the tow truck driver, was polite and friendly and put me at ease right away, making what could have been a scary/unpleasant experience much better. Knowing I was from out of town and had only planned for a day trip, they looked at my car right away to see what was needed. I was concerned about parts availability so late in the afternoon, but both Sarah and Nick tracked down parts. They even stayed late to install them to be sure I could safely be on my way. They are very nice people, and Im so grateful for their great work!

Just another rip off, they misdiagnosed my car and charged me for nothing. They didnt tell me i would have to pay a fee of 97 dollars for checking my check engine light until after they did it. Definitely will never step foot here, dont waste your time or your money.

C & C is the authorized tow company for this area. The C & C tow guy who was sent by AAA, because of my service call, wasnt interested in taking my broken down van about 30 miles. He was, however interested in taking my van back to his garage, so the super honest(his words) folks over there could fix it.No thanks, im not falling for that one.

Called and spoke to Sara yesterday, was supposed to be helping me move a car today. Call back this morning and get hung up on then wont answer my calls. left me hanging. if your in the area call Petes Towing he saved my a**.

Had an issue with our car and had it towed here as recommended by AAA. this place is garbage. they said they would have the car fixed in a day and it was a week. As soon as we drove away the car died so C&C misdiagnosed my car or didnt fix it correctly. We paid over $400 for nothing. Staff was rude an unapologetic of the terrible incontinence it caused me. DO NOT LISTEN TO AAA AND GO TO THIS PLACE. My mechanic told us that C&C did more damage to our car. Staff was rude and unapologetic.

AAA tow by this shop brought me there, theyre polite but a simple job of finding missing vw half-axle bolts ($50-60) was delayed 2 days and upsold to replacement of the half axle at a rip off price of $500+ (aftermarket axle itself cost is $60-80, in worst case $120 - their axle stated $225, time to replace it is less than 1 hour - I did it before and was fitting $200 bill but it wasnt necessary, existing axle worked well for about a year but c&c said its not fitting) Some weird items such as 6 clamps were added to the bill - axle comes with 2 but not 6 rubber boot clamps installed - but they charged it for extra $60 - I was too stressed by the car breakdown to fight for sanity of the bill, and they took advantage of me being away from home.AAA phone support said they have no way to affect how shops mark up their prices.

I am so glad I broke down where I did... C&C responded to the aaa call I made broken down on the Hutch. The tow operator was so kind, patient, and helpful (I had 2 kids under 6 with me and needed to arrange a ride to take me and my children back to the shop). AAA recommended I go to a different shop in white plains but he suggested I come back to their shop in New Rochelle and while I was hesitant at first I am truly glad I followed his advice. C&C was honest and helpful and thorough with the repairs completed on my car. They worked hard to get me back on the road to be back home in upstate ny for my son’s birthday. It was a long process but they really did a nice job and it was nice working with a family team. Thank you so much! Hopefully I won’t be seeing you soon! Haha

Horrible service. Make you wait 2.5 hours for a tow. Sarah is very unprofessional. I advice you use another service.Filed a complaint with triple A on how horrible the service is....They should lose there contract with them. I never suggest you use them in any manor when doing a tow job. I live in westchester....i could drive across the state in 2.5 hours.Sarah is incompetent and unprofessional...hangs up on you repeatedly when asking about the service YOU PAY FOR. The service they provide is a scam. Sarah claimed i cancelled my tow then hung up on me when i insisted i didnt.

Unlike the other reviewers, my experience with CC Auto Repair was negative. When we went to the local dealership because of car engine problems, the techs suggested that we trade the car in and buy a new one since it was getting old. We took the car to CC Auto Repair, and the mechanic said that it would cost $600 to fix up the car, that they would maintain it for us, and that it shouldnt cost too much more than that.Two months later the engine overheated. When we took it to CC Auto Repair to determine what the problem was, they noted that they would need to make $700 repairs. Since we had JUST spent $600 at the same shop, we wanted to get a second opinion before doing anything else. When we got our car back, they charged us $60 just for taking a look at the car.We then took our car to a different shop and got everything fixed for $250 (compared to the $700 quote from CC Auto Repair).TL;DR - CC Auto Repair charged us more than two times what a different store charged us for the same repairs.

Very bad experience, they overcharged and did the job unsatisfactory. When brought to different mechanics, they agreed that the job was not done properly and that they charged to much. I do not recommend this place at all.

Never wrote a review until now because this deserves it. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me a customer experience all auto shops should strive for. My car overheated on the freeway badly and so after a frustrating experience with the local Nissan dealership, I brought my car to CC Auto Repair after doing a Google search with my phone. Not only did CC Auto Repair save me over $1000, they fed me lunch while I was there. This is a family run business and the owner is a good guy who really is looking out for the welfare of his customers and not just about the money. I was a little nervous bringing it in to a local mechanic at first because of all the horror stories I heard about mechanics overcharging people on purpose. But after my experience with CC Auto Repair, I will make sure to bring my car to guys like them more often. A+++.
