It was not open although the website stated it was. I called the service regular service and the operator stated express is closed and told me I could make an appointment but I would have to leave my car and I could not wait there due to covid. I stated I dont have a ride to pick me up so I dont know how can leave my car for 4 hours for a simple oil change. What poor service!!! The operator could care less. Ive been to the regular service 3 times and it takes 4 hours Everytime
Was there for an oil change from 9:00am until 12:00 noon. Had an appointment at 9:00. They did not start work on the car until 11:20. Kept asking how much longer for the wait. The service guy said well you can take your car back if you want.
Customer service representatives are very pleasant. Establishment is clean. Social distancing was practiced but improvement is needed. Ok wait times.
Always a pleasure to get my car serviced here, yes the wait is a little long but that is because many of the cars being serviced come from everywhere not just New Rochelle. I always leave my vehicle and they call me when my car is ready for pickup. They are always very respectful, I love their service.

I am a frequent customer here at the Honda walk in service. I am always treated with respect. You always know that your car will be handled with care. Efficient work. Customer service reps are funny, efficient and k knowledgeable.
I had a very strange experience at this Honda dealership. I had an appointment to test drive cars and when I showed up no one seemed to remember or wanted to talk to me. I guess they didnt want a sale. For the appointment I had guaranteed the cars I wanted to test drive would be on their lot, but then they werent available and the dealership made a million excuses. I wasnt interested in having my time wasted.
Terrible service especially for older Honda models. Here is my experience:- 8am: Brought car in having experienced problems with a check engine light. Other shops who looked at the car recommended to use Honda dealer for their expertise/electrical knowledge of the car- Told service rep about the issue and the history to help the technician diagnose the problem. I told him that the diagnostic would tell them it is the O2 sensor but that it is NOT the O2 sensor. It seems to be electricity to the O2 sensor.- 9am: Technician calls to talk about the problem.- 12Noon: service rep leaves message saying it is the O2 sensor (exactly what I was trying to avoid.- 2pm: was not able to get in touch with service rep until TWO HOURS LATER!!! Left multiple voice mails and messages. Rep tells me it will be $650 to replace the sensor. I pass- 4pm: Pick up car having declined the repair. Was first given a bill for $0 but then the rep takes the invoice from me and reprints one for $175- the service fee that I was aware of when I first dropped off the car. I asked to speak to service manager to explain the unsatisfactory service. He offered slight discount on $175 diagnostic fee. He also offered to help find another garage to use if I was able to send him the cars previous records.I took the car to another outside garage who located a blown fuse ($1.37 part) that corrected the problem. New Rochelle Honda Service department 1. did not diagnose the problem as one would expect a Honda dealer to do. 2. was extremely difficult to communicate with and 3. wanted to charge me $650 for something that would not have even fixed the problem.Unless you have a new car and are looking for regular maintenance, I would AVOID this service department.
Ive taken my Honda Pilot here for service from the beginning. I must say Im pretty happy with the service they provide. It can get a bit crowded and the wait can be long, but you have the option to leave your vehicle and they will call you when its ready. No complains so far.
The service was great. Just make sure you take a boot or your laptop to do some reading or working on your computer. It was a little bit over 90 minutes ...
Change oil and tire rotation for almost 4.5 hours ! And i had an appointment —- which they said was for the main dealer and would take the same amount of time. I should’ve gone to the Main Dealer. The worst here! I always came back here because we had a lease. Now, i will go to other dealers who do this service. Jeep dealers take so fast! This is worst in customer service. If you own your car, do not bother to come here. This should NOT be called Honda Express! (By the way, they keep checking on my brakes each time, and they never do a good job). Lesson learned! Never again!
First time coming here and it was great! The wait was 2 hours but it was worth it. Such a knowledgeable, friendly, and happy staff. I don’t know why there aren’t more 5 star reviews. They even have free donuts and coffee!!! Michael was extremely helpful and polite!!
Overal excellent mechanical check service. If they believe to see anything wrong they tell you with exceptional busy time. On my last visit, they were short staff. My previous time seen to have more staff and was better. I would recomend to remove the word express. An oil change take 3 hours. Best to drop the car and comeback later.

Some of these reviews (such a Evan Kramers 1-Star) are for Honda Service at 25E. Main, not Honda Express Service at 30. E Main. Express Service is a WALK IN ONLY express service that does a very limited number of maintenance tasks (oil change, filter changes, tire repair/rotation, wipers). Kramers review says he made an appt and the work suggested Express DOESNT DO. SADLY, New Rochelle Hondas website has a page for THIS Honda Express Service(TM) complete with their logo, however the phone number & address is for across the street and it tells you to make an appt with them FRAUDULENTLY posing as this Express Service. Kramers review is typical of Honda N. R. Service. constantly stating a need for unnecessary work and adding many $100s to each visit. I had multiple >$1000 visit with a warrantied honda with low mileage/year. I constantly refuse service there.Express Service is great, but they get REALLY busy. At 9 AM their lot can be full and 4 hour wait for service. Kind of a sign of happy customers. They dont take appointments. So plan to go early, or drop it off until afternoon.My very first experience with them was what won me. Local repair shops may charge you more for the synthetic oil that Express will charge you for the whole work. Honda uses only synthetic oils so the cost of the oil is really low here. The wifi works here (across the street is rarely works in the mildew-y smelling lounge) and there are some little mini-cubicles where I setup to work-from-home while they worked on the car. They told me that they could not rotate the tires. I had three tires with nails in them. They didnt have enough of my tire in stock to replace if they needed to after the tire work. They suggested I get new tires, but first questioned me if I parked or drove through construction sites as that is the only way I would have so many nails. My landlord had the wood floor of the porch replaced. Apparently a lot of wood nails were being tossed into the gravel driveway. My landlord also ended up with a nail in a tire. After dredging the driveway with magnets to collect all the nails, I replaced all four tires. But I left there that day with a simple maintenance done conveniently at a low price.My friend from Queens uses this when she is in this neighborhood because she had such a good experience, too. If you want to wait for service, you need to get there at opening. Otherwise you will need to drop it off.I fell for the website trick making a 9AM appt with the fake express service across the street. I waited in line on the street to drive into the main service for 20 minutes WITH an appointment. I drove away deciding I really did not want these guys getting my $30. The REAL Honda Express Service is on the south side of the street (heading north to Larchmont).
Dont call this Express because it no longer is. Just was told it would take 4 hours to service my car for an oil change ( at 2pm on Monday)and the rep did not know when to comeback! But just got to these website where there is a complete review of their less busy times. Why did they know this at the store? Its happened before. If the website has schedule information why not at the store or on the phone!!!!

This place is unprofessional and a RIP off. They forgot to order a part that I made an appointment for 2 weeks before and then proceeded to tell me a need a part that was already changed and check by Honda of Newport. Next time I will just go there for now on and for a new vehicle

I have almost two years with them and I always come here from Manhattan New York City, because the service I receive I like, I feel that it is in another vehicle that I rode, worries that everything is fine and they take the necessary time to ensure that your vehicle come out in good condition, suggest any problem in advance.They should only have bilingual staff in Express Service. Since English is my second language and when I bought it right there I was attended in Spanish.
