Horrible experience. Made a reservation for a cargo trailer, showed up 10min early, waited 20min before being approached. Turns out the U-Haul guy had left early, yet I was still able to make a reservation? Arrived the next day to pick up the cargo trailer I reserved, but it turns out the trailer wasnt even there. Was informed I was lucky someone just dropped off the trailer one size larger. How am I lucky that the one I had reserved, twice, was not available? Mind was blown by how poorly this went. Only reason I gave two stars, was for the gentlemans effort with getting the trailer light adapter installed.. of course for an additional charge. I would try elsewhere if looking for U-Haul.
