Awesome service. John showed up and knew exactly why my pool cleaner wasn’t working correctly! He gave me tips on how to remove stains from the bottom of my pool and how to save money and make filter cleaning easier! We will call him for any pool issues we have!

As a first-time homeowner with a pool I found myself in trouble. My pool was getting green and I didn’t know where to start. I didn’t know where my filter was, how the pump worked, how to set the timer, nor did I understand the results of a water test. I was in bad shape.Luckily, I found John. I wrote him an email explaining my situation and asked him if he could teach me the fundamentals. He came over the very next day. He explained how the water pump works and how to clean a filter. I took notes and jumped in for hands on learning. He even looked over my notes to make sure I wrote the important details like the kind of filter I owned for future replacement and the chemical levels.I really haven’t seen this kind of customer care in well never!!! John makes me feel like I’m his most important client. He is honest and does not try to financially take advantage of you. He taught me how to take care of my own pool and now I’m saving money. If I do have issues, he will be the first person I call because he knows this business like the back of his hand.

This guy is awesome. He came out and tried to do everything possible to save us money with the repairs that was needed. When there was something else that was needed to complete the task.
