The service men that come out are on time, very knowledgable and very professional. I had requested that a few black widow spiders be relocated and not killed and he honored my request with compassion. I wont use any other company but this one and I highly recommend them to others.

We just purchased a home very close to a lake. We are concerned about pesticides leaching into the water. This is our first experience using an organic pest control option. Everything about the process was explained to us clearly when the technician came for the first application. All of our questions were answered and he couldnt have been nicer! Nearly 8 months ago I made the decision to try the services of Earth’s Best Natural Pest Management. Having a family member with asthma who is extremely sensitive to olfactory stimulation (weird smells) was a primary decision point. However, I was hesitant to choose their service because it was carpenter ant swarming season with a full invasion of my home, I doubted a “Natural” pesticide was up for the incredible task. Well, I had to do something. Earth’s Best assured me they would eradicate the problem and would continue to come back as often as necessary. They were true to their word. Initially it took a couple of visits but within the month the problem was gone, then with their regular scheduled maintenance my home has been pest free and it smells oh so good when they complete a service call, leaving the light hint of peppermint surrounding my home. I had heard their advertisement on the radio, about their spot treatment, for many years before I called. Best decision I have ever made in regards to a pest company. They were, and still are, the most professional company we have used. It is going on about 12 years now that we have used them. So happy with everyone from both their office to the technicians who have come to my home.

Earths best is advertised as an alternative to tent fumigation. This service is absolutely not comparable . “Kills termites on contact is how they advertise it. FYI a hammer kills a termite on contact. What happens to all the termites behind the walls and in the attic that they missed that they can’t make contact with? The answer is they are not killed and your house will still be infested with termites.Wasted thousands on this on several of my properties. All I got was technicians putting holes in my walls and never ridding the property of termites. Finally came to my senses and did tent fumigation and my termites are now gone. I even had earths best technicians spraying my home with other chemicals because they said the orange oil they advertise they use didn’t really work.If you want to pretend your termites will disappear without tent fumigation hire earths best. If you truly want your termites to disappear bite the bullet and tent fumigate your home. And NO,I do not own a tent fumigation business! I own a home and several businesses with a lot of holes in the walls put there by earths best technicians.

I have had service for about 5 years now. They are the best company I have dealt with consistently. Excellent customer service and follow up on appointments. The Techs are courteous, knowledgeable, on time and also take great action. Product is fantastic. Smells like fresh oranges and is perfect since we have pets and kids. My family and I had something biting us every night. We had no idea what it could be. I heard about Earths Best Pest on the Jack Harris Show. So I decided to give them a call. They sent one of their guys to inspect my house to see what was causing the problem. Apparently we had bed bugs. Their employee took his time explaining and treating for them. He even used a machine that freezed the bugs. We are no longer being bitten at night. I would recommend this company to anyone with the same problem.

So last week I had a perimeter treatment from Earths Best Pest Control. Apparently, wasp were trying to set up a home on my house. Due to covid, my husband lost his job. My contract had expired so I called to let their office know that we could no longer afford their service. I was shocked when they extended our contract to cover us for a few extra months for free. Money is not the main concern for these people. Taking care of their client is.

I had a swarm of termites in my house . I called Earths Best and agreed to pay $1500.in 3 installments. The tech came to the house and spent 20 minutes,he sprayed orange oil in the house and attic and left. I later paid another $500. Then I had 2 more swarms of hundreds of winged termites. This treatment does not work. What I had were subterranean termites that come from the ground. The tech was spraying in the attic which is a completely different kind of termite,a dry wood termite.Why didnt Earths Best know this ? I had to then treat the termite problem myself. I spent 2 days digging a trench completely around my house and pouring Thermador termite poison, into the trench, in addition to paying Cobys Pest Control, $ 2,500. to treat the attic. The Thermador worked as did Cobys treatment.The treatment from Earths Best did absolutely nothing to stop termites yet they keep asking for the last $500 payment. They dont care that the treatment didnt work . They just want to get paid. Now they have sold my account to collection agency so that they can ruin my credit.Please be advised orange oil is useless against termites and this company is taking advantage of honest people . Earths Best should be shut down, for lying to people that Orange oil kills termites.I would NOT do business with these people. Read the rebuttal below from Earths Best. They dont admit that if Orange Oil worked I would have gladly paid the remaining $500. I never paid it, I never asked them back because Orange Oil doesnt work against termites.. They refuse to admit that. They just want their $500. I was willing to forget about the $ 1,000 I wasted on Earths Best,but they still want the additional $500. for a service they did not deliver. Selling the $500 debt to a collection agency to ruin my credit is a despicable, low life thing to do., but thats how Earths Best operates.

So, my wife called Earths Best Pest and spoke to Angela to find out if there were options available so we would not loose our coverage. Well, were we surprised that they did everything they could to make sure we did not loose our coverage.First, they extended our renewal date beyond and through the holidays so we would not have to worry about not having money for Christmas.Second, they offered another package that helped lower our price.Third, they put us on a no interest payment plan with payments that were affordable for us that begin after the new year.With customer service like this and with pest control service such as this, there is no way we would use any other pest control company. Angela is very rude and has poor customer service skills with a nasty miserable attitude. I called asking to get some information/updates about my house’s status and she refused to tell me anything . All I wanted to know is where certain termite debris was coming from and how to stop it ( as they treat my house every month but it always gets worse) but she would not provide me with any information about what the technician did or what they recommended for additional treatment. This company has been treating my house for years, recently just about every month or so since September but for some odd reason they are uncomfortable telling us what the technician recommends or what was found. Angela would not even let me finish my sentence before she told me it’s basically none of my business what the technician found. Don’t waste you time with this nasty unprofessional person Angela .Update: This update is being written the day after my initial review . Per the response to the review, I would like to point out that even though this company is servicing my home I guess I’m not considered a client because I’m not the One Directly paying them, interesting ? And someone who is receiving services in their home, is not entitled to ask questions ok ? If I’m not a client why do you call me every month to set up services ? Why do your technicians leave us the carbon copy notes ?Dawn called me asking me to remove the review, I told her no because others should be able to see it . She then continued to attempt to bully me into removing the review as she held the conversation on for 7 minutes, I had to educate her twice that I have freedom of speech and I will not be removing the review. But I have proof that the technicians have been leaving me the carbon copy notes and I have no problem uploading them ! Yesterday when I simply asked Angela a question she did not answer me and said she is not getting into this . If Angela replies to the initial review she is bias and if someone other than Angela replies to the review they were not on the call so they can not confirm what was said to me . I would like to compliment Earths Best Exterminator for their superior work at getting rid of a persistent roach and ant infestations in my fathers house. This is a long story; I was moving in to my fathers home approximately one year ago and I knew he had problems with bugs. His answer to my question about finding an organic exterminator was The bugs dont matter! My answer Yes they do. So I knew that I was alone in my effort to find a good exterminator, I was also going to have to bear the brunt of the cost all on my own. I searched for exterminators with excellent reviews, I found Earths Best. My father is also very old school and refuses to get rid of his old corrugated boxes. The Earths Best Exterminator technician warned that getting rid of the corrugated boxes would help get rid of the roaches. This was not happening and I knew that. It took some time, as when you see any, after the application of the organic pesticide, it takes two weeks for the medicine to work as the bugs are actually running away from it. Maybe it took longer than most because my Dad refused to get rid of his boxes but needless to say about 3 months later I saw the last one. Also after the last follow up application I found a dead roach in the middle of my bedroom. All I have to say is Thank You for having Organic products so I do not have to worry about cancer from DuPont or Monsanto products that smell disgusting. Earths Best products smell like peppermint and the odor lasts a day or so.Then the cost while it may seem a lot, it is most certainly worth the price. Then to make things easier Re: payment it has been split up into a payment plan by an awesome secretary/manager named Dawn. So sorry if i didnt remember your name correctly. Weve been with Earths best for about 3 years or so and we have really enjoyed their service. We had a bad flea problem in our bathroom and since we have joined Earths best we have had no problems! They are really good about servicing regularly and we havent had any problems getting them to come out quickly if we need service. The staff has been very pleasant to work with as well.. Dawn and Angela are great! I also really like that they use products safe enough to treat in our babys room and around our dogs!

I hired Earths Best to get rid of silverfish in my home. During the year that they were contracted for pest control services, I experienced an ant infestation in my bathroom. After a year of treatment, I still have both silverfish and ants in my home. I would only recommend their service if you like wasting your money and not getting the results that you would expect.The company has responded by saying that I should expect a reappearance of the pests by the time I left this review, but I had never gotten rid of them, and had called them back for another treatment just before my service had expired, Im just lazy about writing reviews in a timely fashion. I never stopped seeing them through the time of my treatment or after. Also, regarding the ants, I told them that I felt that I probably had a colony of ants in my walls, and all they did was put some caulk down where we were seeing them gain entrance to my bathroom, which is basically just hiding the problem.If I had truly gotten rid of them in the time that they were treating my home, would I really feel so inclined two years later to go back and make mention of it because I stopped treatment? It is a fairly ridiculous assertion, I would have to say.

Great products for in home that arent harmful

20 years Ive been using Earths Best. I remember when Bill, the owner, was first starting out and he came to the house. Since then, Earths Best technicians are on time and they do a great job. Ive had rats, termites, ants, and cockroaches. The termite treatment isnt a one time deal but they always schedule a follow up treatment with a courtesy call. It sure beats using pesticides. And after 20 years my health is still good. Id like to think that having natural pest control has helped. I cant say enough about Earths Best.

Finally got around to getting treated for termites. They held true to a quote wed received from them a year ago. The treatment left a pleasant orange odor that wed wished could have lasted a bit longer! Great product as there was no disruption to our daily business and no hassles with tenting and the extreme heat that build up inside while having that done. The whole team is very professional. Completely satisfied.

I had an issue finding termite wings and everyone said I had to get my mobile home tented for termites which is very expensive, a lot of prep work, spending more money to relocate myself, my wife and 2 cats. I looked into Earths Best no tent treatment for termites that is also pet friendly, reasonably priced a d no prep to be done. They came 9ut in a timely manner, technician was professional and answered all my questions. I have an annual contract that has worked out well. I see wings or termite droppings I call Earths Best and they come out and take care of it. As a bonus I need to avoid chemicals and strong smells due to having COPD and because all the chemicals are confined inside the wall I have no issues. I cant say enough good about them.

I remember the day the gentleman came to our home I was thinking this was not going to be an easy process. I was concerned for my fur babies that the chemicals maybe an issue for their health. However upon arrival he went through everything he was going to do and eased my mind that the orange oil would not be harmful to us or or babies. The process took about 30 mins and he was done. I called Earths Best after I had a termite swarm in my house. The guy arrived carrying a little canister and sprayed orange oil around the house. He was there all of 25 minutes, and I was charged $1,300.I paid $ 1,000. A month later I had 3 more termite swarms. I finally called Codys Termite Co,they spent over an hour treating the house in addition to me digging a trench around my house and pouring in Thermidor. THIS handled the termite problem. The Earths Best orange oil did absolutely nothing . Yet Earths Best called my every day for a month trying to get the $300 from me. Then they had the nerve to turn my acct over to a collection agency. All Earths Best cares about is getting paid. They dont care if their product works. They just want their money. I would have nothing to do with this company.

I have never used professional pest control before because I have pets. I have always been afraid of the toxins that most pest control companies use. I heard of Earths Best on 970 am out of Tampa Florida. I found their service to be just as described. Their system is not at all intrusive and does not disrupt any part of your normal life. I was told activity may increase after the first treatment. That is exactly what happened and the second treatment was a year ago and have not had any more problems. We have used Earths Best for termite treatment. They had a big job to do and so far the treatment is working. All you have to do is call them, if you see any signs of termite debre, they will come back and retreat. The best thing about this company is that you can stay in your house while they treat your home. It is safe for everyone. It will not bother children or pets.
