I hired this company to find out a leak in my sprinkler system because a hold in my yard. When they came, both men were wearing flip-flops. Not a desirable gear when shovels and other tools were involved but, hey, its your feet. When they inspected the hole, they insisted it was caused by animals. Oh, what do I know? Im a woman who doesnt like yard work. So they began to dig, and the area they dug out was about 50% larger and deeper than the original hole. Lo and behold, they couldnt find the problem but it cost us $200. 2 months later, the hole reappeared. This time we hired our lawn guy who was technically not qualified to fix the sprinklers but sure enough, he firmly believed there was a broken pipe, and he did find the broken pipe as my husband was watching, which was a mere 10 inches away from the hole the flip-floppers dug out.If you guys have worked a little harder and were more serious with your work, I would not have bothered to write this review!P.S. Was having some weird pressure issues in my yard. I called them and they were out the next day to take a look at my system. After reviewing, it was decided that my values needed to be replaced. The difference in pressure is night and day. They also raised and leveled out most of my sprinklers. Noah, Jason, and Austin were all great.

1st of all they showed up and on time!!! They came out of the truck and never stopped moving. Very hard workers that did me a great job. I would recommend this company to anybody. They did in a hour what would take me all day and many trips back and fourth to the store for more parts. Also set my timer up right so my water bill will go down. That in its self will pay for the work they did. Very polite and respectful. I will be using them again anytime I need sprinkler work done.

Available for appointment within a few days of request for service. Showed up to appointment window 5 minutes early!! Quickly assessed the system and made adjustments. Very efficient, both gentlemen communicated well and were very friendly. Will definitely call them for future needs.

Had irrigation system revamped. Had a broken fitting after my new sod was put down. Jason came back and found the problem and repaired right away. Very reliable

Three visits were made to my neighbor, upon the first I eavesdropped unnoticed, the result was a pressure switch had gone bad on the well. For whatever reason the switch was not replaced, resulting in the pump having to be manually shut off to prevent overheating. As I understand it, the neighbor called them out two more times for the over heating issue, and stating there was no way for it to be fixed. I grew up on a farm, I am not ignorant, I went to ACE got the pressure switch for the model well and replaced it for 26$, NOT THE 600$ they scammed her out of by feeding her lies about what could be done. I drew the line at calling her a liar saying there was no way the pump ever cut off, when all pumps cut off when they reach pressure. Save your money people call a pro with morals.

The serviceman are nice, respectful, very professional they explain all steps to you what you need what their doing 5 stars hands-down will definitely be recommending.

These guys were great they couldn’t necessarily fix the problem I’m having but they were able to diagnose it and give me some suggestions I’m very thankful for their help and will absolutely use them again!!

I called Discount Sprinklers for a valve repair for my irrigation system. Very professional, on time and knowledgeable. My only reason for the 3 stars is the rate for repair. They were on site less than an hour and charged me $315. The valve couldnt be more than $50 so that is $250/hr for labor!

This company is WAY over priced. Discount is in their name, but not in their prices. They charged me $500.00 to change 2 valves, that I had already dug up, myself. Wanted to charge me another $250.00 to cap a few sprinkler heads and change 2 sprinklers to rotors. I purchased the materials for 25.00 and changed then myself in half an hour. Saved $225.00. I dont recommend them.

Jason did not fix my sprinkler system. I had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment. When he finally came He made a few phone calls, but accomplished nothing. I pointed out a valve that I had no idea what it was, he said it was something old and did not look at it. He said that perhaps the reclaimed water was turned off at a remote location and called the city. He charged $65.00 and left. The city came right away, after he left, and found we had water with correct amount of pressure. I showed Him the valve that I had pointed out to Jason and he said that’s probably your problem. I can even see water leak, but unfortunately he was not allowed to even touch it. It is my responsibility. He showed me how to turn water off at street in order to replace broken valve of sprinkler system. I relayed all this info to Discount Sprinkler and Jason said he would put me on schedule for the following week. I have not heard any responses to several messages. I can not recommend Discount Sprinkler until something is done!! My beautiful lawn has become brown since we are in a droughtUPDATE: to previous rating, Our sprinklers are now working very well. Jason replaced a valve and all is hopefully good again! Better job, now!!

Employee was very nice. I wanted him to go over irrigation system and check sprinkler heads as sometimes the grass grows over them. My son was here this weekend and dug out a sprinkler head that was missed and also noted a suspicious washout of another one. He filled it in with some garden soil and told me to keep an eye on it. Good service but due to the above problems - not excellent. I have no idea about value. I will use Discount Sprinkler again.

Had two men come out two weeks ago now to provide a quote for upgrading/repairing our existing system... I still havent heard a word on that quote they were supposed to give me. Now I have to take another day off of work to meet another contractor at my home and get another quote... calling this company was a complete waste of our time.**Quote is in my spam box- but a follow up call could have prevented this. Jason from Discount Sprinklers was out for a service call for what I thought might have been a blown pump. It turns out the pump was working properly and the repair needed I was able to take care of my self. Now granted, I have some experience with repairing lines and changing/adjusting heads so my level of DIY may be higher than others. Jason was very honest and did not try to rip me off. I will call them again if things get above my level.
