Walter and his staff are by far the best around. My parents used them for years and still do. When I recently had an issue with my lawn and ants all around my home getting into my house; they came out the next day and I received a quote. After I signed with them because their prices are in deed better than everyone else, they came out that week and started the maintenance on my yard. I will never go anywhere else. I get the yearly Sentricon service, perimeter pest control every 3 months and Ive just recently added the lawn pest and fertilizer service. Since using them I have no problems with bugs which is pretty impressive in Florida! One time I got ants and I called them to let them know and they sent someone out the next day to take care of it for me even though it was in between my normal schedule.Everyone I have ever dealt with has always been professional and a pleasure to deal with. The techs are very knowledgeable explaining so much to me about what they treat with how bugs can enter, how to help care for my lawn with their service so many other things. The customer service is great and I love that they call me the day before they are scheduled to come out, as a courtesy, every single time.. In fact they called months later asking when I wanted to schedule my next appointment like nothing happened. I am writing this message to the owner; Check your phone staff! And learn how to treat valued clients! How dare you guys call three different times asking when I want my next appointment. It’s a free world I don’t have to choose your services! And I know your company is busy but if you keep treating customers this way your company in the long run will not succeed

These people rock!!! I have used them for over 20 years and almost never see bugs (and usually when I do see them, it is because I am past due for my regular pest control treatment). They eradicated the subterranean termite infestation we encountered more than 10 years ago. I never see fleas...EVER (which I am sure my dogs appreciate). We get those sugar ants from time to time, and they are over within days from my call to take care of them. They are very competitively priced and even split my pest control service and ongoing termite checks up into monthly payments making it very affordable and convenient for us. Their team is always pleasant and courteous. Michelle will call and set up our appointments (and they are very flexible,) and my pest control person, Tammy, is sweet, efficient, and friendly. David Crenshaw is a good guy, and comes out time to time to double check on our service and has even taken care of some unorthodox pest control issues for us over the years. As long as I reside in Tampa Bay, where the roaches are as big as birds and all manner of creepy crawlies seem to flourish, I will always use Crenshaw!

This company is horrible to deal with. They tell you that they will come out in between services if you are still having issues, then when you call and continue to request service, they show up rude and aggervated that you are taking up their time. I requested service online, week later I get a random call asking if I am still interested in setting up service, tried to request online access to pay my bill, and never had a response. Mark Crenshaw is one of the owner and since day one he had an attitude. Seems like this company forgets that customers can take their money elsewhere and without customers and good service, there is no business.

I just stumbled across this company about a month ago after being quoted an absurd pest control amount by a nationally known company for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. Since the nationally known company I called currently does the common areas in my condo highrise building, and being that I somehow got roach issues in a highrise building, I decided to call around to some of the more local guys.This company is a family owned company that gave me superb customer service (and I ask a TON of questions) and fixed my roach problem in days. I received two applications, and both times the technician Mike showed up exactly on time or even early. He did the initial application, was extremely thorough getting behind and within all the cabinets and cracks, even pulling off all the outlets to get within the walls. He was extremely professional, very helpful, and reliable. I am so happy to have this issue behind me, and so quickly, thanks to Crenshaw, highly recommend!Also, at no point did they even ask me to provide this review, my favorite thing about this experience that is getting me to write this review is the amazing customer service at a totally fair price. Ive lived in downtown Tampa for awhile and it drives me nuts how businesses just hear my zip code and automatically tack on some ridiculous premium. So I appreciate Crenshaw a TON and of course wouldnt hesitate a second to refer them to others. Thanks again guys!

Sprayed one time. Said, call backs where no charge. But, when I called they said. I was scheduled next Tuesday (10 days)away! That Monday they called and said, they were coming Tuesday morning. They never showed up!!!! No call, nothing! Lousy service the worst yet!

No phone call . Finally my wife called and was told out contract needed to be renewed they would not make up for the last time & why did we expect them to work free
