I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have EVEN CALLED . My mother needed immediate attention and being I’m only 20 and having to be my mother sole provider due to schizophrenia and a auto issue quite serious. I was so lost where to even begin. This was the 3 person I called and he WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDNT CARE he couldn’t receive her as a patient and had NOTHING TO GAIN HELPING (on a Saturday no less) He took the time to help me with local facilities, how the basically work and what to expect and is needed . And took his time even to make sure I knew these things are hard for people and if I get stuck or the people I call don’t help further I could call him back anytime! Like I said I had called a few before him that didn’t answer or when I gave a short description of what I was looking for told me that they were not that kinda assistance and OFFERED NO FURTHER HELP OR DIRECTION to even know where to start. If you want a ACTUAL PERSON that is there FOR YOU N YOUR LOVED ONE n money is all they care about this is the place. My mother should have insurance soon and we plan ON TRYING TO GET her in here as soon as possible. He prob would have took her now but after taking time to let him tell hi. Why I think she needs hospital or facility and helped me find what recourses aI needed. THANK U!
