My girls absolutely love coming to LifeSpan and seeing Ms. Alyssa. They look forward to talking to her and know that if there is something they cannot talk to me about, they always confide in her. She is an amazing counselor and if there is a family issue, she makes sure that the family is involved as well. VERY NICE place, lobby is comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I spoke to someone presumably in reception that was supposed to check as to whether or not they would accept my insurance and call me back. I pleaded with her to please call me back and soon. That was well over a week ago and they have not called back. I am NOT in good emotional or physical shape. I finally caved and tried to reach out for help and this is the response I get?! I explained that I would pay out of pocket if I had to, but was hoping to get it covered through insurance. I could hardly even maintain my composure on the phone with her, I actually broke down a couple of times crying. In fact I had to ask her to be put on hold for a few seconds at one point to try to gather my composure to be able to finish our conversation. I guess its a good thing Im not to the point of suicide! Or who knows, that may have been the straw that breaks the camels back! Thanks... for nothing. Thanks for being another medical provider that makes me feel neglected, mistreated, or ignored when I am desperately seeking someone who will at least seem like they care, have compassion, empathy, and simply just LISTEN to me...maybe even become an advocate for me, since nobody else will. I guess that was just asking too much.

I have a teen. When she needs an outlet Miss Alyssa Visilli is a great listener. My other children come with to see the therapy dog 🐶 very nice place!
