Smile bright dental is an incredible dental office with a great hygienist, office staff and dentist! Dr. Anna Ichoa is very professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to explain exactly what she wanted to do, why and what the alternatives are. This establishment called was very rude. My husband paid them 125.00 to fix teeth and now the bill is 200.00 His teeth dont fit right the gum part is wearing off the bottom part of his Partial.Now they threaten him. When he has the that also charged him for being sick with dlue and they cancled it .they quality of work on these dentures are a very low grade. Jow about you should of gave him a choice. The dentures broke six month later.

Im new patient here and the service was great. I did not have to wait at all after arriving which was very nice. No pressure to do any services i did not want and the service itself was quick and very professional.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Since the departure of Dr. Tehrani, you can no longer trust Dr. Anna Ichoa for an honest evaluation for your dential needs. Dr. Ichoa informed me that I was in need of two front crowns. I went to another dentist and found out that there was absolutely no issues with my teeth. If you value your teeth and money, then find another dentist . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Dr.Tehrani takes the time to explain everything to you and is naturally caring. Recently, I met the dental hygienist Guadalupe, she is so personable and does an amazing job. You can tell she loves her job.

By far the best dentist I have ever visited. After going here I will never again go somewhere else. I got an X-ray and exam with a thorough rundown of exactly what was needed to get me to my best dental health and given honest options/pricing with the plan. That same day checkup turned into a deep cleaning and 2 teeth being extracted. They make you feel good every step of the way :) it’s a shame you can’t give 6 stars

My former dentist (for 30 years) retired; so a friend told us about Smile Bright and we were able to make a appointment. Are experency with the Staff and Doctor was excellent. They were friendly and answered all our questions. I am very glad we decided to go there for a checkup and visit. We hope to form a relationship with them like we had with our former Dentist.

Well, I cant believe it, but I actually had a good time at the dentist! I was not happy to be there to start off with; however, my husband insisted I go. So I went. At first, I didnt want to get X-rays, but the staff was gentle with my resistance and let me come to the decision on my own to conclude that yes it probably would be the best thing for me to do.Next, I counseled with the dentist. Shes a lovely lady with great sense of humor. My thoughts of her is that she has a kind soul and possesses honesty. She was gentle in my teeth areas, and gave me a full run down of where my teeth are standing at this to do appointment. The analysis was not too bad. I recommend Dr. Tehrani she is professionally awesome, as well as her staff!

I am very happy with this location I was a new patient and I thought this appointment was gonna take forever, but it didnt. I was able to meet the dentist and got my exam and cleaning. I will be back to finish my treatment plan. Everything went by fast and smooth. Staff is very friendly.

My exam was started on time with my appointment. Bite-wings very good technician. Cleaning / probing (numbers) were too aggressive, Cause me discomfort and by the time the probing was complete, my gums hurt. I do not like the floride varnish -- stayed with me until bed-time. Not pleasant at all.

Wow. New dentist and staff. Had a lot of work on my teeth the beginning of this year. Build up of on front top and bottom for nothing. Never told me would not last! Why did I spend thousands of dollars for something that would not last? Now they want to do crowns on bottom teeth! I should have done that to begin with. New dentist. New ideas. No thanks.

Ive been searching for a good dentist for a long time. Ive been to numerous places and just walked out because you can tell they just didnt care. Here at smile bright as soon as you walk in your greeted and welcomed in. I need a lot of work done and I didnt even know how to start but they got me all set up with care credit and got my teeth looking like a Colgate commercial. I love it I always had a gap and now my smile is amazing. The dentist her self is very educating and has a very lite touch and is so nice. Ive noticed that they have a lot of equipment and things that other dentist dont have to get the job done the best way possible. I will recommend them to everyone. This place is a scam. Im being charged for work I did not receive and theyre refusing to credit me back. Im more than willing to pay for what was done but theyre crooks. They dont even deserve one star. Youll wait a ridiculous amount of time in the office and then get attitude from the dentist when things dont work out for her. Shes pushy and unprofessional. Their cleanliness is also questionable as Ive seen staff not change their gloves when they should be. It makes me wonder if they properly clean their equipment. I went their based off reviews but Im convinced theyre from family and friends. Stay away from this money hungry office.

I was a walk in but had a very painful toothache and to my surprise I was taken right away. The front desk staff were very pleasant and polite and helpful when it came to insurance. I scheduled a routine follow up six-month appointment for a cleaning for my daughter on 3/18/19 at this office. She received a post card notification in the mail post marked 2/6/19 reminding her that she in fact had an appointment for 3/18/19. So, she went to the appointment on 3/18 and the place was closed. She called the reception desk asking for an explanation. Not only was she told that there was no appointment ever scheduled, the receptionist attitude was as if she was lying and not even received and apology. She was told the doctor was out on vacation and that she had never been scheduled for that day. She told the receptionist that she had, an appointment reminder mailed to her. I understand computers make mistakes, but there is never an excuse for impoliteness. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the price for a cleaning is cheap. None of my daughters will ever come here again!

After 4 years being a patient here,I would never recommend a person to this company for Partials or Full Dentures.When theses Dentures are made the work is very inferrior as if Dentures less then year old tooth breaks off.Then after that a additional,with propper care and normal use.My Insurance told me over the phone they would cover repair for Dentures.At Smile Bright was handed a Bill for $658.00 to Add 2 teeth.Like I was having 2 teeth pulled and needed 2 added to my Upper Partial.My First Upper Partial the Were which hold partial broke completely off.They were little over year old.They deffinetly dont stand behind what they are selling.Seems they look for Extra so they Profit.Well no longer be saying the same about Dr Raj. I have been going to this dentist for many years, and up until this visit, was happy with the services received. Since my last visit (last Aug) I didnt recognize any of the staff. The first young man to bring me back just plopped me in the x-ray chair. I asked if he was sure I needed x-rays and he looked at my chart and said I hadnt been in since 11/18 (not correct). I also expressed that I wanted my chart double checked because I had new insurance. I went over the same things with the next gal that came in. I also said I only wanted the cleaning this time, not the chlorhexidine and flouride treatements. She said she would need to talk to the doctor about me declining that, but wanted me to sign the paperwork. I let her know I would sign it after we agreed upon a treatment plan. She took my x-rays and then asked me to wait out front while she developed them. Then, I was called back by the office manager. She told me she understood I was unhappy. I said no, that wasnt the case (admittedly a bit frustrated though) and re explained everything. When she asked why I didnt sign the form I explained again that I wanted to decline those treatments this visit. I was then told that I was mean to the girl that took my x-rays and that they wanted me to find a new dentist. I am beyond shocked at this. It would appear it is for the best though. I want the people working on me looking at my chart first, working with me on any concerns I may have and to be able have a say in my care without being told I am mean and need to go elsewhere. Its unfortunate, as I really did like the dentist.

I was told that all I would have to pay out of pocket was $28 by the lady at the front desk. I received a letter by my insurance that the approved the work to be done. I go today Saturday January 25, 2020 and they tell me I have to pay $95 out of pocket. They are lying theives. They also charged my husbands insurance for teeth being pulled and a bottom plate they got paid but never did the work to my husband. PLEASE BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY ARE DOING FRAUD TO THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL BE FILING CHARGES AGAINST THEM AS WELL AS REPORTING THEM FOR FRAUD!!

Was mostly very satisfied with everything except for the expensive Valplast partial made was not what I was expecting aesthetically and have never worn it to this day. Her and her team are knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and caring which seems to be a tall order for most dental offices in and around the Bay Area. The prices are reasonably low and Mike is always doing what he can to help you out financially. The office is always clean and tidy and everyone is always smiling and laughing. If youre looking for a dentist that makes you feel like youre family and not just another patient, this is it!

What a treat to receive such professional and caring service, not only by the Doctor but with the entire staff.I was scheduled in Dr Tehrani’s dental practice, Smile Bright, for major surgery, (multiple tooth extractions and full dentures.) I received a call from the Town and country location for a job interview in this office and inexplicably the manager called Michelle ask for my last name. When she noticed I was hispanic began with a nasty attitude and ask to me ridiculous question. She hung up the phone as well in a middle of the conversation. Seriously?It’s a petty people like her do management in places like this . Shame of her! Most of the reviews at her location showing a lot of complaints against her but nobody still takes any action? Unbelievable!

What an experience. I called to set up an appointment for my daughter and myself, She said Friday. But then they couldn’t see my daughter because of her age so they got me in on Thursday because I had a broken tooth.Staff was amazing and Dr. Tehrani was a saint. Started a root canal but we had to stop because my stubborn roots would not numb enough to finish after multiple shots. This is a problem I have had in the past. So, I wasn’t too shocked. Hopefully when I go back, we will be able to finish them up. The dental hygienist was out, so I got the best of the best. Dr. Tehrani did my cleaning and now after the numbness has worn off, my teeth feeling amazing!I was somewhat caught off guard by the price, even after insurance. But, when you need work done and are in pain, you pay the price. I read some of the other reviews but I have to say, I never saw/heard any negativity, they explained everything in full to me. Answered all my questions in layman terms. (Except insurance, and I still do not get it but I will call the insurance company and figure it out).I would recommend Smile Bright to everyone.

Dr. Tehrani is Wonderful.....my cleanings were done in such a manner that I never had cleanings like this before. The hygienists I had really did a very good job of cleaning my teeth. I have tremors and neuropathy so I cannot floss very well. My appointments are scheduled for every 3 months and my teeth are cleaned very well. Dr. Tehrani also replaced a crown for me as well as a check-up. She is great. They do not take my insurance, but her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Went for a second opinion to a dentist with a great reputation and in fact I did have a cavity.
